Cats I asked the fertility consultant about running etc while ttc and he said it was fine. As someone said ages ago, ancient woman was always running towards or away from something and they managed it.

Why is it when we are TTCing that men suddenly become all anti sex and need to be seduced into it with hearts and flowers?

I found lines are very hard to get pictures of. You are looking for whether it's wide (eg as wide or nearly as wide as the control), and pink (not grey). If you are going to pimp again hold your pee as long as you can and double dye. Eek

OMGTally I think Merkin may have started a stampede of BFPs! Was your AF earlier than normal as well as lighter? Classic implantation bleed if so. Loads of stuff on Google evidence that people can mistake one for the other which I know cos I was convinced I had it once when in fact it was just an early AF.

Oh and re the exercise thing my understanding is that as long as you don't go overboard to what you normally do then its fine when TTC and pg i.e. don't start training for a marathon but if you already run 10k a week then fine to carry on. I ran a race once that Paula Radcliffe was also running in whilst 5m pregnant & apparently that was fine for her as it was nothing compared to what her body was used to. My Pilates studio won't let people start when pg but will let you carry on with modified exercises & a wedge cushion so you don't lie flat on your back. Obviously I know this cos I optimistically asked a few months back.

The only thing I can throw in on the exercise discussion is that the IVF ladies are (I think) told to not do any exercise in the 2WW

omg. that's quite disturbing if I am - was not supposed to do that til I'd seen the mc specialist.just back in car after walk. will switch computer on when I get back and upload.I've never had implantation bleeding before on any of my 3 previous mcs, but yes, af was a couple of days early.

I don't think there's any question that's what you think it is. Can you see colour? If you're unsure dip a double dye as the colour will be more obvious. Remember IC's are more sensitive that a lot of more expensive brands so you may not get a strong line yet on anything. Wasn't your AF due yesterday? How do you feel?

cats exercise is good for you, and very much encouraged when ttc, just don't suddenly start training for an iron man or anything. You'd have to be doing ridiculous amounts for it to be a concern.
Tallyra eek. Nothing more helpful to add, sorry! I'd definitely be PIMPing a lot of times today if that was me!
