The former thread proved full of sadness and most vexatious disappointments, wherefore we know not :(. Therefore the BESH will be donning their empire dresses and enlisting the assistance of Captain Wentworth and his admirable breeches and Mr Darcy smouldering damply in his transparent white shirt both of whom with their pleasing countenances and sound judgements and enormous fortunes, in short both of whom are everything a young man ought to be in the expectation that happier times may be ahead for the BESH.

Scan you seem like a good egg :).

The BESHtionnaire was something dreamed up years ago. Its significance is not important. I for example, like campingand dislike gin. I know! Shocking!

OP posts:
Svanhvitr · 13/03/2013 15:54

Oh I love camping AND gin, I just don't have any babies and am not trying to Grin Making people find the BESHtionnaire for themselves is a good idea though, weeds out those incapable of using a search function.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 13/03/2013 15:59

Zactly that! We hold no truck with stupid people round these parts.

Ah well, if you change your mind....

Ah, I see Svan.

faif I was using nurofen yesterday but someone on another fred mentioned that it is not great as it can slow down the cramps when actually you need to cramp to shift everything, so I'm sticking with paracetemol/codeine for the time being.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 13/03/2013 17:28

That someone was me :) . But I did also say that if stuff got BAD you can add it in, just to cope with the terrible bit euro.

I am incredibly tired and YET again thinking I am diffed. After nearly three years (and in a cancelled cycle) I should really know the drill, shouldn't I? And SB is abroad for a few days, so no one here to tell me I am stupid.

On that happy not. I am two ACCHUAL (as in on the same clothes I still have) sizes smaller than I was in my early twenties and I weight the same...

maamalady · 13/03/2013 17:46

Fair enough, svan, nice to meet you all the same!

Droid is here, the fucker, and I'm all achey. I've also caught my wedding ring on the doorframe and made a big gash in it and loosened the stone in my engagement ring too, arrrrgh. Trip to the jewellers tomorrow I think...

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 13/03/2013 17:47

Ah, fairy snuff euro. If the co-codamol isn't good enough, it might be worth tapping up your GP for stronger codiene. Luff you

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 13/03/2013 18:53

Someone who shall remain nameless has just told me she is "above arguing with a BESHite".

I wonder what she means by that?

FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 13/03/2013 18:58

Who? Who?

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 13/03/2013 18:59

No matter who or what thread.

I'd just be interested to know what other people think of the comment.

OP posts:
FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 13/03/2013 19:04

I presume they see us as a quiche. I think people think we are scary old harridans, I've invited people to join us on other threads and they've been very cagey in their replies.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid · 13/03/2013 19:05

I got all sensitive about was it because I iz barren. I wasn't so mental as to say it though.

OP posts:
TWinklyLittleStar · 13/03/2013 19:19

She was just trying to wind you up. Sad woman that she is, she bothered to search your posting history to find a stick to beat you with. Don't worry about it.

RaspberrySnowCone · 13/03/2013 19:36

I wouldn't worry about it, people throw all sorts of shite around when they are hidden away behind their keyboard wearing their warrior outfit :)

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 13/03/2013 19:41

Just a cheap shot rie. Not a naice poster.

TWinklyLittleStar · 13/03/2013 19:42
FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 13/03/2013 19:46

How come everyone else knows who this poster is/where it happened???

TWinklyLittleStar · 13/03/2013 19:50

Cos I copied and pasted what rie wrote into the search box :)

HavingALittleFaithBaby · 13/03/2013 19:50

No idea I didn't search for 'beshite' on today's date, oh no

TWink I'm watching that too! :)

CaptainMollingtonCholmondeley · 13/03/2013 19:54

Hullo.
I've been out tramping the city country lanes and dallying with wanton gypsies. How is everyone?

Draf - I got quite excited when I was told I had a dermoid cyst. I named it Humperdinck and secretly sort of hoped it did have teeth. I liked that my ova were so independently spirited as to go it alone. I was rather despondent on discovering it was a boring old fibroid. Hmm

I have my lap&dye pre-op appointment next week where I'll find out if 2 months of basically starving myself have resulted in any weight loss. I'm the same dress size as I was 5 years ago when I got married, but 2 stone heavier. Go figure.

Does anyone here have progesterone deficiency? I'm becoming more and more convinced I have it and should step away from dr google

Hope the painkillers and chocolate are helping, Euro xx

CaptainMollingtonCholmondeley · 13/03/2013 19:58

Rie - I totally feel your bra-shopping induced freak out. I'm the other end of the body spectrum but just as full of self-loathing when confronted with mirrors. Stupid bloody culture/society/nonsense.. Lets have a revolution!

TWinklyLittleStar · 13/03/2013 19:58

faify I could only half watch it as I have the weakest stomach in the world and can literally get seasick through the power of suggestion. That was one bug-ugly fish!

EuroShaggleton · 13/03/2013 20:12

Thanks drizz. I could barely remember my own name on the codeine... It had quite an effect on me. The pain has eased a bit now, so I'm back to paracetemol for the moment.

Amazing on the size. What did you do to achieve that?

Draf I always find I break things/catch things on door handles around droid time. My mum was the same - really clumsy. Our crockery was a right mish mash because she used to smash it washing up. I find I can't reverse park then either. It's a spatial awareness thing.

Rie I shall check out the comment in a mo but I am sure it was because we are intelligent women who can hold our own in a debate rather than because we iz barrenz.

FrankellyMyDearIDontGiveADamn · 13/03/2013 20:24

I waded in Blush. She was a moron

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 13/03/2013 20:24

Have some darcy straight from the lake to fetch your hot water bottle and massage your feet, euro.
