Thinking growy thoughts to your ovaries jeff and also that they show themselves well TMI when I get scanned early morning my bowels are clearly waking up to which means a lot of grey blurriness in front of the ovaries, which makes it harder to see properly

Massive well done for telling your mum norf, if I hadn't said so before (I've been reading but not have much chance of replying).

I had acu this morning. I'm 6/7dpo and we both agree that there is nothing going on this month. So there's no avoiding the IVF then.

I have finally finished SWI despite knowing it's pointless. The reason I was startled at the day 16 egg white was because I am usually more of a day 13 kind of gal. But we'll see. It burned off some calories anyway.

I joined MN about 4 months into ttc. I think I was googling about acu or something and stumbled across the conception boards.

When I started musing about having a baby and secretly knowing for some reason it would be hard for us, God knows how, I googled, is 35 too old for your first baby or somesuch shite and found my way here. I'm afraid I was guilty at first of putting little winking faces at the mention of "trying"

Evening all. Consent consultation was quite pleasant really. Did forms, drug mixing and stabbing lessons, a baseline scan and a trial embryo transfer (ouch). AMNH very much enjoyed the latter, involving, as it did, a beautiful young French lady doctor burrowing between my naked thighs. Pervert boy.

Glad it went well Norf, though definite ouch to the trial transfer!

Any news from our other scanners/appointments?

Scan was a bit rubbish. Only 4 follicles. I have to go back tomorrow & see the consultant. Please pray, cross fingers, send positive thoughts etc

norf I'm glad it went well! I've never had a trial transfer. I can't see that it can be much different to what goes on with IUI though, and I had no problems with that. In fact, everything seems to find easy access to my womble other than KFZK's swimmers.

Rie please tell me you didn't post about wanting a "lil bubs" too or I might have to rethink my opinion of you....
