Fred rules;

1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
4. Thou shalt share and [tea] with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo;

ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.
Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.
Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce in other posters).
Viroid = This is you, dear poster. The reason for this is a closely guarded secret, known only to....er....well, nobody as far as we can tell!
POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit).
Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.
Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.

Pretty much,POAS In the afternoon after lots of water. But then too few hormones gives a negative too. Rock and a hard place!

Lady how far along could you potentially be? I know tests are still accurate around 12 weeks so as long as you're not much further along than that you should get an accurate result. If you think you're quite far along though go to the dr's and they can always book you for a scan (then you will definitely know!) :)

I really have no idea how far along I could potentially be, I hope not as far as 12 weeks.

I was on the pill until last weekend so didn't know if I was late or not, but I've been off it for a week and ERTD still hasn't come, if would normally come as soon as I stopped taking it IYSWIM

Lady that's really annoying - I know a lot of people have irregular ERTD when they first come off the pill, but it's funny if you didn't have your withdrawal bleed too... My doc told me not to worry about any strange cycle stuff for the first 6 months, but that's easy for her to say!!

I think I'm out unfortunately - having more spotting and cramping, still not like proper ERTD (and even lighter than last months' strange ERTD) but I must assume I just get weird periods now . I've said it before and I'll say it again - I MISS MY PILL!! Though I do like the hugely increased sex drive

On the plus side too, a 23 or 24 day cycle means I get loads of chances and not too much waiting around in between, so less mental!

Anyone any success with the conceive plus / stealth lube action yet?

Thanks everybody for the luck, but sadly whilst she said there's a high chance i'd be absolutely fine, she wants to do some more tests so I'll have to wait another 2 and a half months. So... Think I'll have to leave this Fred to help me forget my impatience.

I thought that too Hooya, I just didn't really think about it last night when I said to DP that my boobs were sore and he said (as if it was of no importance at all, just casually) well you still haven't had your period.

I have had some strange brown goop but it's never been enough to actually make it to my underwear, It's always just been on the tissue (Sorry TMI)

Lady I'm experiencing some of the same thing - not ERTD exactly but SBG (Strange Brown Goop, lol) and it's never I hope, or otherwise I must be disgusting people TMI on this thread! Let's just hope it's a big outbreak of implantation and that BFPs will follow! I do dislike the SBG though, always worried to JS as it can be a nasty shock for the fella...

When I was pg with DS, I PIAR in the afternoon and it came up positive before the control line had even showed up...and I was 5wks pg.

DS has just done begun first ever daytime nap in his cot
ERTD is due anytime between sat-weds here so will be piar soon, if I've managed to scare it off.

Ha ha Horse I am kind of tempted but I think PIAR will mean the fun is over if when it's BFN... But honestly I am having enough ERTD pains to suggest this is ERTD, even though it is not the right consistency!

It must have been great to find out at 5 weeks - not too long to have to wait until scan!!

I really hope I'm still in this month and that this goop goes away so I can get back to shagging

I am still in the game - what I thought was ERTD is still just spotting, has been on and off for a couple of days. I must stop myself but can't help thinking it's identical to what Wing described before she got duffed not that I re-read it or anything

If it is implantation, Dr Google says a test won't show up until 4-5 days after, so I guess PIAR is pointless. Will try to wait until Monday...

DS has just fallen asleep after being up since 6.30! So we're having a lazy day then tomorrow off to a friends whilst DH works.
I've been having hot flushes (DH has mentioned 'menopausal' a few times!) so either ertd or brewing a bfp...so frustrating how the symptoms are the same!

Evening shaggers

Well I did it and at the 3 mins it was a VERY faint positive but then a couple of minutes later it was a negative.

Oh I don't bloody know, I have had some symptoms but not all of them, I've been extra emotional (as in I will cry at anything), have tender boobs, feeling sick (but not actually being sick), really really tired and dp just pointed out that my tummy looks fat then he poked it and it's hard

Oh I'm just so confused
