kittykatskumkwat · 15/09/2012 23:06

I know I know!! Had implantation!!
Where are you based when we have had a beautiful day GrinGrinGrin
I'm sure a cold is a symptom, I've had nothing and had third day of one magpie! ( one for sorrrow Sad)
Does anyone want to wack out a guitar for me Wink
I hate the 2ww!!!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasAnOrange · 15/09/2012 23:12

Up north by the coast. It blooming windy (i hate wind it messes with your hair) not that dd minds she would play outside in a blizzard if I let her.

I think you need to add your magpies together 1 magpie a day for three days
= a boy Grin

Was at a party today and a RL friend admitted to being in the 2ww. She's a lot younger that me and has been trying for a while.

SunshineOutdoors · 16/09/2012 04:20

Ooh when I'd love to live near the coast.

I'm in Yorkshire so I've got the dales close by which help to make up for it... Less windy too!

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 07:06

Ov I'm in cheshire and it was lovely, not a jot of wind
When, when, you need to learn your magpie rhyme it's 3 for a girl 4 for a boy!!
I had seen 3 every day for a week so obviously bases on me being a nutter and the magpies dictating my life ( as they do lol) they are telling me the outcome
TTC has officially turned me insane Grin

Kittenkatzen · 16/09/2012 09:52

Ooh you lucky people all living in such lovely places! Im in Sussex and it was ok-ish here yesterday, the sun was warm but the wind was pretty cold.

Back to work tomorrow after two weeks off - I don't want to go waaaaaaaahhhhh SadSad

Kittenkatzen · 16/09/2012 09:55

Oh and I'm 5/6 dpo and have been having little crampy twinges for a few days, and woke up feeling but sicky this morning.

However, I'm sure all this is just in my head because DH is being so positive and because the reiki lady said my ovaries took a lot of energy. Gah. Bloody 2ww.

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 09:57

I'm on the north west coast...windiest place I've ever lived! It didn't start too well yesterday, but I went home to Northants and it was scorchio there, barely any wind.

AF arrived in style this morning. During DTD. Bed sheet change required. :-(

Kittenkatzen · 16/09/2012 10:02

Oh bugger nic, that's doubly crap SadSad

WhenSheWasBadSheWasAnOrange · 16/09/2012 10:05

Oh no nic during dtd. Sorry I was hoping it might have been good news this month for you.

I do need to check my magpie rhymes.

I do like where I live in the northwest, only 5 mins walk from beach [smug] it is as windy as hell though. Am off to hospital path lab to get my day 21 bloods done.
Discuss results with GP on Wed.

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 10:08

Ah well...onwards and upwards, eh ladies? :-/

I'm 5 or so minutes from the beach too, When. Not that we go!

I'm now due on the day we go on honeymoon. Glad I have very short periods!

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 10:09

And takes wine from Kitten and has a big glug!

SunshineOutdoors · 16/09/2012 11:00

Yes, Wine for you Nic. Sorry af came. But now the witch has made an appearance you can soon forget all about her and enjoy looking forward to your lovely wedding and honeymoon Smile

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 11:04

I can! I am so bloody excited about the wedding :-) It was lovely going to the reception venue yesterday and sorting final details with the events lady.

Everything is coming together nicely.

In the scheme of things, I think that pregnancy after the wedding will be better, even if I would have liked it sooner.

I'm convinced the injection is still playing its part in the lack of success though.

winkle2 · 16/09/2012 11:10

Kitten well done on all the dtd! Hope you're efforts are worth it!!

Nic - sorry she got you :(

Cd28 here... Still no sign of AF. Went out last night and had a couple of glasses of wine and 2 shots of sambuca. Feel guilty now.

Kittenkatzen · 16/09/2012 11:25

Ah don't feel guilty winkle, if you are upduffed then a few drinks won't cause any harm at this very early stage Smile

nic I guess you could be right about the injection possibly playing a part in your wtf cycles. A honeymoon baby it is or you then! Grin

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 11:34

Sorry Nic Sad she does like those Inapropriate times doesn't she!!
Winkle don't feel guilty, that really is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Well 2 magpies just now but still know this isn't my month, it's not that I'm on a downer but I can just tell from lack of cm in comparison to last month etc, it's a different kind and what not but hey ho, a good clear out and Holliday over the 2ww next month won't be bad ( winkle I'll be consuming alot more then that -all inclusive!!)
Kitten- I'm getting good vibes for you

WhenSheWasBadSheWasAnOrange · 16/09/2012 13:45

Well I had my bloods taken from the worlds most chatty nurse. She was very nice until she started talking about which gynecologist I should see if I need referring. She said the female ones were best as "they could empathise more, they get periods too. Appart from the lesbians."

Baffling.

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 13:49

What an odd and inappropriate thing to say :-/

How do you feel about it all?

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 13:56

Very strange?!
What will these results show? Isn't the 21 thing for ovulation or is it progesterone ? Xx

WhenSheWasBadSheWasAnOrange · 16/09/2012 14:25

It was an odd thing to say. Have decided not to pay any attention to what that nurse said, she's clearly nuts.

That was my day 21 bloods looking for progesterone levels. I am booked in with my GP this Wednesday to discuss it all so will just have to see what she says.

I don't think the problem is low progesterone levels as the Chem pregs make my period late and I don't start bleeding until the hpts are completely negative. Am going to try and forget about it till Wed.

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 15:12

Omg omg- bargin alert!!!
Don't know if it's just my morrisons but they were selling the ear blue digi ovulation sticks, pack of 7 £3.09, save £12.86!!!
I have no idea why still in date etc, go check it out just incase it's all of them, they were at the bottom of the shelf so out of main view but with digi tests etc but only £1 off them!! I bought all 3 they had, figured if I dont end up needing them I can eBay them but how cheep is that!!!
When- I agree with you about it being unlikely progesterone and you know you ov, I think your right though just put it out of your mind and fx you won't end up needing it Smile

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 15:13

Clear not ear Blush

kNickerbockerGloryCherry · 16/09/2012 15:19

That is a bargain! Shame there was only 3 packs!

SunshineOutdoors · 16/09/2012 15:36

Hi Winkle I had a massive drinking session the weekend before I realised I was pg with dd.... I know it's not ideal and I obviously wouldn't have done it if I'd known but it didn't cause any problems. What you had sounds like nothing! Shots feel like drinking a lot but they're only one unit. Don't worry and fx for you Smile

kittykatskumkwat · 16/09/2012 15:52

Sunshine I wouldn't even like to put in writing how much I drank on my bday when I didn't know I was pg with dd!!Blush
Obviously it wasn't ideal but she is fine and it clearly didn't stop the conception, that was over Xmas with a party every other day!! Winkle as far as I'm aware alcohol does have an effect on sperm it's been proven but I'm not sure it has much of an effect on us?! If it helps you relax I think keep it in with moderation, if you want to try giving it up theres no harm but I did and it had no effect other then me being not pregnant and really pissed off!!
