No cramping, just the odd minor twinge so am not in too much pain.

I'm going to call my sis because she had a miscarriage at 6 weeks before she had my 2 wonderful nieces so will ask her how it started etc. still keeping everything crossed for a sticky bean. We'll see x

elly really hoping its just your little one bedding its self in. I remember when pregnant with Fi I started spotting in week 5-6 and I had period type cramping aswell, I thought it was all over but after a week it all stopped and that bleeding had nothing to do with why she had died.
My other two miscarraiges well I started bleeding and when I did I new it wasnt good as well I stopped having the other symptoms of pregnancy.
Each pg is so different, its so hard to know what is going on. It so frustrates me that you cant even take a pg test as you will have the HCG still in your system. I have eveything crossed for and glad that your DH is there with you, I am too my lovely.

EllY with Phebs I had spotting when my AF would have been due... With Georgie , nothing... Don t understand EPU's reasons for not scanning you . With Phebs I was scanned at 6 weeks though I was aware might only see a sac ( however, saw Phebs as a grain of rice!!!) ring tomorrow tell them you ce got pain ( fib) if needed then there's no reason not to scan you... Take care fx here ( with my mc s I started loosing old brown blood at 8 weeks ish then became like a period) xxxxx

Busy weekend here , parents visiting so got to go out to the flicks to see " the Sweeney" a bit of Ray Winstone never did a girl any harm!!!! had a lovely few hours at the gym just me & Ant chilling. Things improving as he s making a big effort to do more & appreciate me... His bf told him on Friday he may ( Julian not Ant!!) is heading towards a divorce as him & his wife have grown apart... Really shocked Ant as he always thought his bf was happy in his marriage. So that along with my stern warnings are at last , I hope, coming to fruition...
Tired now though and tomorrow was suppose to be my day off but got swapped to Thurs ... Out tomorrow night at the theatre straight after work so ..., try & start holiday packing on Tues pm a little each night ...

Gah feeling really irritated - i've put a photo of K and H on Fb and titled it 'Holly at her first birthday party' and one of the ladies from my sands group has commented that surely Erin's was her first birthday party......it's really pissed me off, I may be reading it as snarky when it's not but grrrr anyway. Has made me feel like people think I've forgotten Erin now Holly's here which absolutely isn't true!

Crochet is easier as its only one hook, and there are plenty of youtube videos to teach left handers.

wtw yup, that would annoy me too... are you planning to find a way to comment back and make your point, gently? I only ask as I tend to find that if something is bugging me at the moment, it helps me to address the issue (tactfully!) head on.

Glad I'm not mental for being annoyed - don't know what to say back, might just say that though we marked Erin's birthday we didn't consider it a 'party'! She made snarky comments about me falling pregnant 'so soon' after Erin as well. She lost her little girl just 2 months before Erin. I should just delete her really!!

Consultant appointment at 2 and feeling really nervous. Will catch up properly later.

Keeping my fingers firmly crossed for you elly. Will you be able to see someone at the EPU and get a scan today? Even if it's too early to see a heartbeat, it might put your mind at rest if you see something... I had my first scan when I thought i was about 6 weeks, and it turned out I was more like 5 weeks, so didn't really see anything. Scan a couple of weeks later was much better. I really wish I could ship my wonderful gynaecologist over the Channel to you - he gives me as many scans as I want, and I just don't see why, when you've been through what we all have, the NHS can't provide the same...
wtw - I don't blame you for being annoyed. I seriously think Facebook is the work of the devil sometimes. People post things without thinking. I've lost count of the number of "helpful" comments I've deleted from people over the last few months. Deleted a few "friends" as well, which made me feel better :)

I really hope that Mia's birthday went as well as it could for you mias. So glad that you're on the path to creating her special wood.

Sorry for not name-checking everyone, and for not being on here much at the moment. I just went back to work on Monday after my maternity leave and it's been a bit hectic. DS1 is still crying every morning when I leave him at maternelle so I get a daily dose of guilt :( Apparently he's fine once I'm gone, but I'm finding it quite upsetting. I'm also in the process of getting recruited to a new job, which will mean I have to work fulltime for 9 months. Worse timing ever, but the job is great. So, I'm torn between feeling very happy, petrified about working fulltime again (I do 80% time now) and guilty about having to put DS1 in the afterschool club more :(
Apart from that, I think everything's still going well with my pregnancy. But, since I've had a mmc before I'm not taking anything for granted just yet. Should be about 9+1 and have another scan next week when I hope and pray that I'll be about 10+3. Terrified that it'll all go wrong at any minute.

Hi Amy sounds like a busy time for you! Glad all going well with the pregnancy. You're about the same as me I went back to work when I was about 8 weeks pg with Holly - did make it easier knowing it was only for 6 months. Hope ds settles soon xx

Taking Holly to Jiggy Wrigglers today with my friend and her baby Am sure she'll sleep through it all but never mind!! Still tempted to de-friend that lady but would like to go back to my sands group at some point to say hi.

Just a quick update: got a scan at 12.20, spoke to my consultants secretary this am and they've got me an appointment straightaway - really scared but glad we'll know one way or another quite soon. Will let you know how it goes later.
