Does anyone have any opinions about using power plates when ttc? I know you shouldn't use them when pg but not sure if I should or not at the moment.

No won't tell anyone, not for a little while. Going to stop by the docs tomorrow to see what the next steps are. Going to try to not tell anyone until i''ve seen in for my own eyes. I have two weddings before 12 weeks tho!

Evening primrose oil tablets. I only took them for the first 16 days as there is a risk of .mc after that.

It's supposed to increase your ewcm to increase catch and keep the spermies !

How do you know when to stop taking the EPO?

I just googled it and it said start taking EPO from first day of your cycle up until you ovulate, once tou ovulate, stop taking it as it is bad for pregnancys

Hmm I might try that but I don't know if it would stress me out if I wasn't totally sure when I ov... Maybe if I end up getting a CBFM, I might try that as well...

Symptom spotting here...throbbing boobs!

I just ordered some because I for the cbfm so that's the advantage. I don't get EWCM , I have tried mumomega (first month) but that handy made difference so far, so no harm in trying this with it! Spotting, throbbing boobs, have you done a test! X

No roxy I haven't - it's far too early! Think it's just my body playing tricks on me. And I meant I am spotting symptoms...not that I am actually spotting!
