Wishful, I can highly recommend Thailand, my dh wasn't sure but will admit now it's the best Holliday we've ever had, I can let you know places etc of you twist his arm, you probably wont go again with very young kids so I say go for it!!!

God I'm feeling rough after a long overdue girls nite out with old friends. Had a great time 2. I may b getting old but iv still got it. Was like a maniac on the dance floor. Just what I needed. And out with dp 2nite. Oh my liver! I really needed 2 just let loose and b wild, we got thrown out of pub and barred!!

@winkle r u testing in the morning? U must b properly fed up now. Get your dr's appt booked. U never know a blood test mite show a bfp that the hpt aren't.

Kitty I like the egg logic. Also been wondering in that obsessed-by-TTC way if the age at which you are really too old is affected by when you start your periods. If you have a fixed number of eggs but start your periods late (say at 14 instead of 11), surely you can go on ovulating good ones for longer...like I said, obsessed!

Anyway dh has been on the Internet and is now quoting "a line is a line" at me and wants me to do a test. I have a horrible feeling he has been on mumsnet.

He said he is not getting his hopes up but we should double check before going out tonight.

Whenshewas I know you think your dpo15 but non of us really know exactly when we release an egg do we? My opk said cd15 but I had EWCM 7 days later, maybe your less then you think???

Resipia you are right ish with you obsessed mind, Robert winston said we have are age but we also have a fertile age which is totally different which is why some people have early menopause etc so you may be 41 with a fertile age of 34 or 26 with like 36 etc, I love his program's, so interesting! Going to the pub with Dh later o...might have a glass of vino. Still no symptoms. 6dpo today. Times going so slow. Thinking of reading the hunger games trilogy to get through the 2ww.

Thanks red and kitty am heading out with dh in 40 minutes so will test just before we go out to decide whether or not I can have a drink many drinks later. Am utterly convinced it is going to be a bfn and I am about to waste £5 worth of test.

I want a BFP for winkle if you got a BFP based on effort and commitment to the cause winkle would be on the anti natal boards by now.

got a clear blue one (not digi - kicking myself now for not getting the digi) have a v v v v v faint line. Was hoping for a darker line but it is just as faint as the last one.

Will not be drinking tonight but am not remotely excited. This has chemical pregnancy written all over it. Or maybe I just have weirdly high background levels of hcg.

Hope one of you girls has better luck soon.

whenshewas i have everything crossed for you. I had an extremely faint line 2-3 days before i got BFP.

@when. My last pregnancy had really faint line at 14 and 16dpo. But I didn't realise I had 18 day lp. U maybe Ov'd a few days later than u thort.

I think go out, have a drink. That way its bound 2b a proper bfp. It won't do any harm this early.

Period finally arrived Thursday after an agnosing wait. Was heavy yesterday more brownish today. Still not like they used to be before i had the injection 2 years ago!!! I have my internal scan on Monday as Dr thinks i may have PCOS.

Im glad period finally came as im hoping it might cleanse me. Lots of old blood cant be good for you.

Whenshewas you said it was an evap line before now your talking yourself out of another!!! You have retested with non fmu and can still see something I think that's a good sign!! You may be less dpo then you think, and stop the no nonsense about high background levels, you tested neg the other day so it wasn't there then!!!

Kitty you may need to slap me again, I only bought a single pack . Plan is buy another test tomorrow and test with fmu on Monday (assuming no af).

Sounding hopeful whenshewas! Hope you get a concrete answer in the next couple of days. Maybe its a little bit of a shock as well!

If you buy tests ALWAYS buy a double pack!!! Its always cheeper to buy a double pack, If it's neg you will still need another test at some point and if it's pos you will defo want to repeat it as you won't believe just one, believe me!!!
