I'm new to MN and new to TTC as well, but crazy with excitement at the thought of pregnancy! I need an outlet as I'm starting to drive my OH mental.

Only ovulated yesterday and had SWI Sunday and yesterday, so have a couple of weeks to wait yet. It'd be lovely to have peeps to wait with! :)

haha repisa thats exactly what I have been doing - according to the babycentre site if I get pregnant I will be due first week April. I really want this month to work. But for now I am resigned to hopelessly dreaming.

Pips I think you are spot on in your post - its such a precious time, best to take each day as it comes and enjoy it. I really hope this is a sticky bean for you and backwards both. Fx.

Welcome Chimp - we're pretty close on dates and you're welcome to hang out with me. Love and hate the 2WW. Love the time for great daydreams (did someone say twins? ) and hate it cause it's soooooooo long to wait!

Lol at recipia! Ofcourse that's what's going to happen it sounds so plausible!
I must admit to being one of those negatives that with every bfp that someone gets I think mine feels further away?! Anyone else or am I the only one?
I love others getting there dreams don't get me wrong but like you've put with the stats you feel like well surley that's our 25% allready?!

Don't think if I get a bfp I could go onto a due thread, I'd feel like I was tempting fate don't think I will even work out a due date, just keep my legs closed and pray the little bean sticks!

Oh and pips I genuinely don't think any of that matters with ttc. Not that I'd advise against it don't get me wrong but I wasn't taking anything with dd, didn't find out til 8wks and was drinking like a trouper, loads of caffeine etc and I stressed worried the whole time and it made no difference she beautiful and healthy, with my mc I was taking the ful on mum to be vita for months as was bf and didn't really drink and was much more relaxed as it had gone so well first time,
I think moral of the story, some things are ment to be and there's nothing you can do or are to blame about if it goes wrong,these are all very longed for pregnancies x

My god we can talk. In2 part 2 already and a truck load of bfp's. Congrats scuba. It's looking good 4 a lot of u ladies 2. Im expecting a few more announcements in the next few days.

I think my egg popped out Yest as the ov pain has stopped. Winkled and tinkled again. Oh yes! Done eod from day 7 until day 14 then every nite over ov. Gonna give him a break 2nite then again 4 luck on Fri and Sunday, which is when I should have ov'd. I do think the epo has made a diff.

So, its pincushion nite 2nite. I was hoping I'd have it over ov or b4. But if its a bfn this month it won't hurt 2 have the Acupuncture 4 nxt time.

Bloody hell only 1dpo. Every1s testing. There'll only b 3 of us here in another wk!

Pip your post was spot on. I got a BFP last month but it turned into a chem pregnancy. Was gutted as I waited till af's due date to test, got a BFP then two days later bfn. Started af 4 days after BFP.
This month I want to try and wait till 1 day after af but the way my head is going at the moment think I am going to cave and test early. Congrats on your BFP and hope it all goes well for you.

chimp welcome to the thread, everyone here is lovely and supportive although we are all slowly loosing our minds during the 2ww

kitty I do know what you mean about there only being so many BFPs to go around. I am really pleased for everyone who gets pregnant especially when the have been trying for a long time or have had losses. But I can't help thinking "we can't all get pregnant this month, it's just not statistically likely." I just have to remind myself that one person getting pregnant doesn't affect my odds of pregnancy at all.

Oh the 2ww and symptom spotting is getting worse. Am only 5dpo and have had a crampy lower back. Even though it's too early I am praying it's implantation.

Have at least another 9 days of this argh.

Hello everyone! I've been floating about and feel I really should say hello as you seem like a nice bunch of ladies. Some of you i already recognise. I am on Cycle 2 - DPO 10. Tested this morning and got a BFN but I'm A) suffering from Gastrotisis and B) Probably testing too early. Anyway, I'd like to join your list if that's ok

Had a very tearful morning, god I am so hormonal! Must pull myself together I have to go to work in a couple of hours (cup of tea and some chocolate might help). AF is due soon but not going to POAS until at least a day after she is due, scared to find out too early and then have something happen and AF comes anyway. I know what you mean resipa I checked the due date if it happened this month and it was a couple of days before my birthday.

1500mg of epo @red.
Have ov'd on day 17 instead of 21. If it makes my cycle shorter then yey. I wonder what if it may affect my lp which is a whopping 18 days!

Welcome newey's. Ul find we'r all a bit mental but nice with it. Pls feel free 2 disclose any ridiculous and embarrassing stories. We like 2 share the shame!

RIBS I am taking EPO too, but does EPO make LP shorter? I thought that was B6? I am sure longer LP is good as it gives time for the egg to travel down and implant. ditto-ditto My LP is 17-18 days too! I OV very early on in my 30 day cycle!

I don't know if it does red. Im just amazed it had an effect on me so wondered what else it may do. Get rid of wrinkles, spots? I wish.

We've booked a long wknd in the lakes on 20th. Dog and dd 2. That's when af about due. Please please please don't come af. I think 18m ttc is long enough 4 any1.

EPO doesn't affect LP however I wish it would get rid of spots too - I seem to have broken out in zillions since I started the pregnacare packs. My hair seems a tad soft and shinier rather than looking like the ends of a broom.

This will be your month RIBS I really dont want to see your face on the August thread - in the nicest possible way x

what did we all do before the net? enjoy every day indeed pipsicles but I try not to think about statistics or I would drive myself mad!
