I held off testing and the witch finally got me yesterday. :(

I knew realistically that a BFP would be unlikely but it still has send my scuttling into the cave with wine, posh crisps and maltesers.

I think I'm probably out for July but will pop in and out and wait for someone optimistic than me to start an August thread.

Hi babyjames sorry to hear your news, but as others have said, it's very positive that it's been caught early on a routine smear. My dsis had similar and one procedure (I think lasering) and no issues since. I hope it's the same for yours.

Well it's cd43 here and I just want af to come now (never thought I'd say that)

I'll be on the August thread but no clue when I'll get to test yet.

Has anyone had experience of this after stopping bf? This is my first proper cycle since before I got pregnant with dd... I only stopped bfing because I wanted to get pg again and bigger gaps between feeds and dropping feeds wasn't bringing my period back. It took a month after I'd completely stopped before af came and that was 6 weeks ago now. Is there a chance I'm not even ovulating yet?

Me and dh wanted to get pg again at the start of the year and now we're over half way through I just want to have a shot at it.

It is a very unambiguous positive! I had actually decided to quit trying if nothing happened this month as I am cruising to 40, have pcos so can never tell when I am ovulating and just couldn't take it anymore. Pls wish me luck for things to be okay from here, ladies.

Sunshine Yey!! AF arrived. At least it came sooner rather than hanging on til later. I dont think thats all that bad for your first cycle. Get some EPO in you. It seems to shorten your cycle.

I (think) I ov'd Tues, +ive opk on Monday and ov pain stopped Tues. But ive still got ewcm - its never gone! Do you reckon its the epo, or has my egg not actually gone yet. I wouldnt normally ov until today? I am full of snot due to cold, do you think the mucas just circulates? (gross I know) They do say that if you use decongestants it dries up cm too!!

Congrats random, I know it's said before but the bfp definatly come when you give up trying and obviously stop stressing .... However when you really want a dc how can you tell your body, in fine no stress!!
Sunshine- glad in the nicest possible way ad has come at last, things should start getting better now, I too had to stop bf to start it off as I had cut down over 2 months even to one feed aday for 3 wks and still nothing! Maybe try the epo this month and see if it can shorten it up for you?
Are you going for all that dtd again this month or a different approach?

baby oh your sister is so young, it foes sound like they caught it early for her.

sunshine I also had to quit bf dd at 13 months to get my period back I cut down to one feed at 4pm but I still didn't get my cycle back. We are in exactly the same boat wanted to start trying in Jan but period just refused to return.

Hi, yes I'm going to go for the more is more approach... If I oved 14 days ago I'd actually stopped doing it as much by then... had a gap of about 4 days exactly around that time. I thought I had af like cramps 5/6 dpo but maybe it was ov pains? I'm learning a lot!

Superdrug, boots etc. Its with the vitamins. Ive been taking 1500mg.
