Oh winkle it ain't over yet! Have heard loadsa stories about BFN's not becoming BFPs for ages after they are meant to! Only SHE can truly say its over for the month - fx she stays away xx

BTW I got a BFP this morning digital and it's negative at 3pm. I HAVE to assume that's because it's not my first morning sample, but I am so nightmarish scared about m/c that I figure... this is it!

Note to self - try not to test 4 times in one day.

Oh girls- what good news and sad news all at the same time.

I'm so so chuffed for all the bfps, but gutted for you winkle. Don't want to be too annoying and chipper, but you know it's not over yet by a long shot. Just like suzie said- fmu can make all the difference - perhaps try again in the morning or even better, try to wait till sunday. Oh this ttc business can be so hard. :-(

Can you do anything with dh tonight as a treat? Have you got anything nice planned for the weekend?

Ill be mostly enjoying the nice weather- has anyone seen my swimming hat?

Thanks girls ? maybe I'll try again tomorrow with FMU (I brought a 2-pack...). But I think AF will arrive tomorrow. That will make a 28-day cycle with a peak on the monitor (showing OV) CD13 and 14 so sounds about right.

Off to buy my mum a 'Mum' birthday card instead of a Grandma one :(

Feeling really emotional today. After the disappointment of spotting this morning I have found out this afternoon that my little Sis has got to have an operation as found Cancerous Cells on a smear. Husband is away on a stag weekend and I just need a hug. :( Am moving into that cave!

that's awful babyjames - it sounds like if they caught it on a smear then it's probably very very early on and it can be treatable. I had almost-cancerous cells about 12 years ago and they zapped them relatively easily and I've had the all-clear since then. I really hope it's a routine op for your sis and that it's dealt with quickly and smoothly. fx fx fx. shitty day all round, sending you lots of love xxxxx

Congratulations to all the BFP and a big hug to everyone been caught by AF, this is such a busy thread and I only check every couple of days so loads to catch up on. Feeling more like AF is on the way for me - bloated and cramps really trying to stay positive but after a 18 months of trying it is difficult.

@mersea. I'm at 18m now, I know your pain! I got really excited thinking the clomid was gonna wk. I'm not so sure now. But I am getting a cold sore. Last time I had 1 was over 4 yrs ago, while pg!

Mersea, it took me 18 month to conceive dd, I was at the doctors having fertility tests when I got a +ive pg test so don't give up, I know you stop thinking about a yes in the end but it really can happen when you least expect it!

Bb, my sis too had pre cancerous cells years ago but had them lazered and nothing since touch wood 15 yrs later! X

Thanks for all your kind words. Sorry to bring the tone of the thread down. My sis is 26 and has 2 DC and one step DD. I hope you are right about catching early. The bid C word is very scary indeed.
More spotting for me so AF def on her way. I didnt hear back from the Clear-Blue thing today and I applied last night too. Although now a few of you have said that half maybe a test group I don't want to be that half! I'd rather buy my own I think! Never used a fertility monitor of any sort before. Would you recommend ladies?

I have had a letter from cb trial today, applied wed night, phone call thur, there's no half and half, if you do it it's more to do with them wanting to get samples from pg women for first trimester so they provide you with the 20 opk tests every month and pg tests for 3 months and if you get of then if you will they want you to keep sending samples and you'll get £30 in high street vouchers too
