Nicola yes I had a withdrawal bleed. Honestly if I didn't have all these Apps helping me work out predictions and this thread I would be totally clueless to where I am now! Because I was so baffled about missing AF on cycle 1 I didn't catch the days leading up to OV. It was only my pure obsession that drove me to CB sticks so I was lucky to even catch OV day! Like you say I've got a much better chance if I up DTD before OV time :) I've got experience behind me for this one so surely that brings luck!

Sorry about the BFN newbie. At least you seem to understand what is going on with your body and the sticks can help you time it out for next time. A lovely Easter baby! not that you are officially out for this month yet, some people just need time

mumai - I think the ewcm is supposed to disappear after ov but there is still some cm until a few days before AF, then there tends to be nothing. If you have ov'd it would be normal to still have some kind of cm. If in doubt, just keep DTD!

I have done my testing without DP lets, it's not something we have discussed and he has always been in the house but I haven't told him I am doing it. I can completely understand why people do the testing together and if I was convinced I was pg then I might make more of a deal to do it together but all the while I don't know I would rather handle my disappointment on my own.

newbie sorry you got a bfn, I'd love an Easter baby if I'm honest as my birthday is normally around Easter (if it's the early April date) and as I don't have much to celebrate on my bday, a baby may just make all the difference

Ha ha newbie, I'd aim to get the baby out before then if it were me -not that you can do anything to get babies out if they are snug and comfy in our tummies- i'd just be happy with a baby

Sounds like an April anniversary baby would be perfect. Plenty of DTD this cycle for you then newbie!

Sent my CB trial paperwork this morning. Sounds like they come back to people quite quickly so could have it all by end of the week. How exciting!

Right, I feel the need to step in. Nicola and Dulcet DO NOT test before your predicted AF date! You can do it girls. Think of how amazing it will feel!

I am now spotting. Again. Only just stopped from last week...oh for a blood free day or two! Not enough past OV to be implantation, and pink not brown. Got more CM though.

I have only ever done 1 pg test in my live and that was the first month we were ttc as I was 6 days late and didn't feel like af was coming turned out af came the next morning and boy did she come!

I'm due on Thursday (and seeing the nurse on thurs) so if af has not arrived by then I will be waiting until the following weekend before I test as I can't stand the disappointment again!

Lisa wow kudos to you! 1 test in 4 cycles that's good work! You don't want to know how many I've taken in just 1 cycle...no more in the house now so im slowly getting over it lol

That is some patience lisa, i'm impressed! You are next to test though still so we will all be waiting with you!

I can tell you I won't test ladies but you know it's harder than that. Plus, I have aches like i've been doing sit ups and I am really warm today so I will have to test sooner! haha!

Have just had a look at the symptom spotting link and whilst I've had a few of them, the one that made me laugh was the gas / flatulence - I have that everyday so don't think that can be a sign of pregancy!

I did notice when I went to the loo earlier though that there was an increased amount of CM

Newbie I thought one test in 36 years was pretty impressive myself!

Its not patience, I just know that until I'm at least a week late I won't believe it so just wont bother getting my hopes up, especially as I'm seeing the nurse on Thursday anyway, will hopefully get a few things sorted out with her and then we will get our BFP

I don't think DH would allow me to keep testing, he's the sensible one of the two of us and would reign me in if he thought I was losing control!

Hmmm...increased CM, burping a lot, low back pain and cramping for me.

Bet I'm not pregnant though!

Aw, you all have increased cm but I think I have decreased if anything. Is that a sign??
