Continuation of the last thread.

There's cake for scoffing, backs for patting, and screeching death metal for all your metalling moments. All welcome so come on in and get settled into the plush sofas!

Dictionary:

So settle into the mosh pit, we have special VIP area's for those on the 2WW, the new bumps metalling with segregated areas for the first/second/third trimesters and the club class cocktail bar for those who have just got AF and can get-pissed let loose for the first two weeks!

And we have a recently refurbished Mosh Pit Nursery for the graduates IQ Manda and Blue, we are currently running a rota for babysitting so those three can go and get-pissed have some rest! I have done my bit this week so i need the next volunteer!

Thinking of you mrspear well I had a lovely morning taking ds to wave at the queen.

Then came back to an eviction notice from the court! Apparently our landlady wanted the house back to sell at the end of march but noone told us!

The house we were buying fell through last week and we've lost all the solicitors fees and survey fees. God knows what we are going to do now

Hello everyone. Well we are back. Firstly thank you to everyone for your messages of support - i am a little overwhelmed but they really do help.

The me me bit: I have a baby with a heartbeat i am measuring slightly ahead at 11+4 no idea what caused the bleed but it looks all good. Tracey was lovely once again and told me to stop thanking her for seeing me; she says i should have been allowed to come before a bleed. She is a one person epu department in a busy South London/Kent hospital can you imagine?!

I have read a few posts and it seems to be a very sad thread, Im not sure that it is the right place for me at this time.
That said, i am of course very very anxious and distressed for about 99% of the time. Nothing to do with reading the posts on here really.

Would be nice to just hang out with people who understand.

moomin what on earth are you going to do? As a renter this is one thing that really scares me (that and bailiffs turning up thinking landlady still lives here and she hasn't paid the mortgage)

I just want someone to know that she is a wonderful lady.
I have had to visit twice and both times despite being very busy (how on earth they can justify her working on her own i will never know) she has always made me feel that i matter and what is happening to me matters. She is full of compassion and kindness; if anyone was born to do there job she was. All to often miscarriage / threatened miscarriage is just dismissed by the medical profession but she really does show that it does matter. Thank you Tracy.

I guess we are going to have to rent again, we did look at one last week, but I was unsure as it's an upside down house, you come in at the front to kitchen, livingroom, bathroom then the 4 bedrooms are down stairs.

hi goth. one day at a time post mc, is all we can do. I am still signed off work and my mc was weeks ago (happily just realised I don;t know how many). I am back to work next week though in my room, on my own upstairs... so not much different then

Thanks mrspear, im today becuase like you, i had a scan this morning that showed i am 6+5 with a baby & a HB...its taken 5 mcs (7 in total) & 5 years to get to this point today.

confused does the notice mention a right of appeal? it's your statutory right as tenant to be given notice so if you can demonstrate that this wasn't done could you push for an extra month or two while you sort something out? Our landlady decided to sell the house we were renting last year and we had regular fisticuffs with the letting and estate agents over them being utter douchebags at every step due process not being properly followed. Perhaps give CAB or someone a call if you're not sure?

The court letter isn't clear, I think we have 6 weeks to move. The agency have told the court they sent a letter giving us notice, but we never received anything and now they want us to pay their court costs!

moomin Askn them to supply proof .... they won't have it and you can use that as a reason when you tell them to wait.

Dp rang and spoke to them, they said they'd sent two letters. Dp said well why did you not send one recorded delivery they said well we posted one by hand dp said well that's just your word against ours. They said well we have proof, we have a copy of the letter. Dp got angry and said don't be stupid that isn't proof you sent anything.

I can't believe you can be taken to court and not told about it.

Thanks bugger we do have an appeal letter from the court. The thing is we do want to move there's just nothing around at the moment.

moomin, the house thing is rubbish. I cannot imagine how stressful that is.

Confused, I wish people would show more tact. It is horrible. No one knows what people's circumstances are, but you can almost be certain that in a big office, there will be others who are/had been struggling ttc, with history of mc... Just wish people would think a bit more.

Pebs, I don't think you should worry for one minute that you have done well in the system. The system is not good enough if it leaves people in your situation dangling for months on end, and I am just glad you have worked your way through it.
