Thought I would take the plunge and start the June thread! I won't be getting my May BFP as my cycles are sooooooo long. Who's. With me?

On the just shagging thread one of the girls dtd every day sometimes more than once and has a 3 or 4 month old!? I'm in awe they must have amazing stamina! I only see my dp for a couple of hours a day in between work and he works weekends no chance of that in our house haha no wonder I'm not pg yet!

You're all over here and I'm left in May...alone...

I get bored of DTD if I do it too much!

Same here winkle haha, I should have had babies when I was young and full of energy I'm now 30 and knackered!

June will be my first proper cycle in years. Dh will not know what hit him this month.

When I was 16 and with my first bf we used to dtd all day and night but when it's new to you it's different haha, now I'm grateful for an early night! Think I'll start jumping dp when we're watching telly

I'm bored of dtd aswell! I'm doing it because I have to in order to get preg, rather than the pleasure of it at the mo!

Got to admit am not really looking forward to all the extra sex.

Used to be an everyday kind of girl, then it went down to 3 times a week, then once a week now once a month sounds fine.

I was actually really bad until I went onto Citalopram in january which killed my sex drive I'd think there was something wrong if me a dp didn't dtd at least eod! Can imagine how difficult it was when he lived 150 miles away!

I have the opposite problem, dtd loads but no ovulation - DH is loving the whole trying thing and dtd loads but feel a bit bad that it's absolutely pointless for now! Oh well guess we're just getting practice in! No AF yet so will have to change my POAS date for next month (when I WILL ovulate!) Watch this space!

Haha whenshewas ditto ditto! I fall in the 'having sex once or twice a week' category. Dtd EOD is hardwork! If it doesn't work out this cycle I will be back to lazy shagging!

We have been having swi for 17 long months now. There have been moments where its been more about the enjoyment, but mostly about ttc. Part of me wants to get preg just to have a rest from dtd!!

Oh well, will go for it again this cycle, get my bfp in June and then have a long break from dtd! That IS my plan and that IS what will happen!

Hello! I've just come over from the May thread after getting AF. Never mind! Our house is too cold to have a January baby anyway... :o

So ttc #3, cycle 2, test on 9th of June.

Hi dogeared .. Sorry to see you here but at least we all get to hang out again while we shag, obsess over symptoms and then POAS.

DTD EOD this month apart form the 2 days before V when will aim for every day. I def got fed up with it last month. Some of you will recall my poor DH's "lab rat" comment. Even he was groaning at it by the end... And not in a good way ha ha.

Have a feeling June will be a better month for everyone.

Have got my hospital appt through at the fertility clinic. It's not until the middle of June so I will either be preg by then (hopefully) or into next cycle, so a good time really. Anyone have any experienceof what I should expect from this appt? It's for both me and my husband. Will they take blood? Will they ask Dh for a sperm sample? Will they weigh/measure/examine us?

Oh, forgot to say, it is an nhs appt. :)

I would like to join you! Background info:

I have a beautiful DD, 9 months. I am 37 so no time to waste! DD was conceived on cycle 4 after dropping the pills last time. I am now on CD3 and dropping the pills from here -exciting times!

I will be testing on June 8th if AF has not showed up by then (I have no idea how my cycle will be after dropping the pills, last time it continued as regular so hoping for the best).

I have the sticks ready for next week (DH knows nothing of these -I don't want to create any pressure for him -as far as he knows we are just doing what we normally do and see what happens if anything!).

I know I am being very optimistic here, but it would be so nice to get pregnant from this cycle, then keep it from DH till the fathers day when I could sign his card from DD and 'Bump' - 6 weeks :-) Wishful thinking I know -but who knows?!
