Where's everyone gone?! . Are you all having sexual intercourse?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 28/03/2012 21:04

I'm here!!

I'm catching up on Homeland and trying to decide if I need an IPad in my life Grin

I have a very lively macbook pro Sparks but I fear its died a death, and the money it would cost ti fix it may not be worth it Sad

ScarlettInSpace · 28/03/2012 21:55

Helllooooo smackateers!

Just popping my head round the door Wink feels like the Brooking positive vibe has returned to the thread, looks like you all have had a giggle today

I have pant snot Hmm - as I am not tracking anything this month I have no idea it is cd9 which is early, the earliest LH+ I ever got was cd10 and it's usually around cd14.

Thank you all for making me smile after a long day!

PS. I don't like marmalade, I wee in the en suite, OH uses the main bathroom. The drawer in the en suite contains my ttc paraphernalia, OH calls it my Drawer full of shit. He has the shed & the garage, well his car has the garage cos he luffs it too much for it to brave the elements overnight Grin

SweetieDoesIt · 28/03/2012 21:58

Maybe we have many laptops, netbooks, a MAC, I-Touch an IPad and I find it great for internet browsing but quite difficult to actually post on. Saying that we fight over whose turn it is to use it every evening.

I am not sure if it has been CD1 for me or just heavy spotting. It has been so light I haven't really needed to use anything. I have noticed that since TTC my periods seems to have got lighter and lighter. I will see how tomorrow goes because I am obviously clutching at straws that I may be updiffed before writing this cycle off completely.

Night night brookers

NoMaybeAboutIt · 28/03/2012 22:04

Sweetie it's not over till it's over. I hope the spotting stays away tonight.

Scarlett lovely to see you, you have been missed during our royal damp marmalade debacle Grin My DH is obsessed with his car too

I think I have now swwn it all. There is a thread in conception about memory foam and fertility. Really?!

shinyblackgrape · 28/03/2012 22:08

Thank you very much maybe for my waffles. I like to have them with orange fanta - diet at least DH is quietly appalled but too nice to say anything.

You do need an iPad! I got one for my birthday in Feb and I love it! It kept me sane on the train today!

GreenOlives · 28/03/2012 22:16

Grin Grin Grin You lot are absolutely bloody hilarious and I luff you all for cheering me up after a long day at work, I am crying with laughter! Just for the record I do not have a MC, in fact I keep all of my M and other preserves in the fridge as I prefer them cold. I also do not have a cellar or a wet room Sad but I do have a large barn in my back garden. Unfortunately DH has claimed this as a boy's space and has now set up a projector and speakers etc so that he can skulk off in there when the fancy takes him. It has also become overrun with power tools despite the fact that he already has two sheds full of tools etc! Shock
Disclaimer: Despite having several outbuildings we are also not posh as our house is ex-local authority we are in fact looked down upon by the posh non ex-local authority home owners in the village Grin
Just wanted to add you all look blooming today, being pregnant in the Spring sunshine obviously suits you!

BartletForAmerica · 28/03/2012 22:32

Will catch up on all today's news tomorrow, just wanted to pop in to say hello and goodnight.

Argh I'm wide awake and need to go back to sleep but can't. Is this a preggo symptom?

sweetie are you joining me and whims with the strange spotting implantation bleeding?

maybe i have an Ipad type thingy (Samsung galaxy tab) and i luff it. I even bought DP one for his birthday ( it was a big birthday, i don't usually spend so much on him, I'm not posh or anything Grin )

olives a barn? In your garden? Shock well that definitely beats my cellar and wetrooms Grin

Will try to go back to sleep now, night night

BeedleTheBard · 29/03/2012 01:05

In case this thread isn't funny enough, here's one from chat very funny probably best not to read this at work Grin

Imps7 · 29/03/2012 06:47

Morning Smacketeers

Well for all you doubters out there - I can officially confirm that my seduction technique works. Marmalade in damp cupboard + egg popping = me being Even More Pregnant than I was yesterday.

Did you get to sleep in the end Beedle? That is so a preggo symptom - my 12 Week Scan Friend complained of insomnia when she must have been about 6 weeks (although I didn't know she was diffed then).

A barn Olives? In your garden?? Do you keep your horse and carriage in there?

Hope you enjoyed your waffles last night Sparks (and probably Shiny and Far too...) I had chorizo and leek omelette which was rather nice.

Another beautiful day - washing is on the line - seeds are sprouting - all is good.

I have a really big spot on my chin which has been there for 3 days. These pregnancy symptoms are really starting to get me down now.

Can't believe you haven't peed on one of the 3 zillions sticks you have Sparks! Good news re: temp. My starts to drop 2 days before AF, but that's not the same for everyone. And in any event, you are pregnant so that temp will stay high FOR EVER.

Stasi · 29/03/2012 07:54

Morning Smackers! I had a wonderful time yesterday reading the thread, but didn't have time to post. We had people over to dinner which was lovely. However by the end of the evening I was feeling awful. Really, really nauseous. Am ok this morning though.

Sparkle, cycle buddy, temps being up is a good sign, but remember af is not due in 4 days, your BFP is! I've got a much higher than normal temp again today. Am wondering if I'm coming down with something. Would be awful timing for my holiday next week. That said, test day is apparently Monday, which would be great timing. Fingers crossed!

Stasi · 29/03/2012 07:55

Oops, I was going to say.. My temp drops the morning of af.

BeedleTheBard · 29/03/2012 08:13

Don't worry imps I did eventually get back to sleep. Actually I blame DP, I dreamt that he rang me to say that teh house was on fire and he couldn't get out. Obviously after I woke up I couldn't get back to sleep, and as he had fallen asleep really early and hadn't replied to my goodnight texts, my overactive imagination was running wild. But I have spoken to him this morning and he is fine (as is the house!) Blush Just realised it was obviously a pregnancy induced vivid dream like sparkle's

Still no real sign of AF, and my temp was really high this morning, but as I had slept so badly I don't really think it means anything. But I will be home tonight and have access to peesticks Grin

So stasi, nausea you say, hello, obvious preggo symptom Grin surely nothing to do with too much good food!

Imps7 · 29/03/2012 08:18

Beedle if it helps, I got next to no sleep the night before last and was still awake 1 hour before temp taking time - however, my temp was pretty much normal (see here). Just sayin'.

Stasi glad your morning sickness has subsided this morning. You're clearly one of those poor people who get it at night rather than in the morning.

How is your oral thrush today Sparks?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/03/2012 08:52

Morning all!!

I love this thread, where else would you be allowed to ask 'how's your oral thrush' Grin though seriously, how is it Sparks?

Stasi nausea is a bona fide symptom. Glad you had a nice evening though. Where are you holibobbing?

Beedle I'm not surprised you couldn't sleep after that! I have similar dreams when my DH is on nights.

Imps please say you will call this baby Tiptree, and please let your surname be Robinson. I live not far from Tiptree. I love jam. All preserves actually.

Olives can I come and live in your barn? I'll rennovate it and everything.

On my way to work at the moment smacketeers, though only really half a day, as have to trek over the other side of london for a conference which I have to leave half way through to get to puppy school.

So, I POAS last night. And this morning. Failt lines on both. Though nowhere near as faint, i.e. I can see them in the hald dark. And DH can see them too. We don't believe them though. I am half in the mind that I can't possibly be diffed, as this month has been no different to any other month, and I have half convinced myself that I will need help in getting diffed. I'm rambling now. I shall stop.

Oh, but - have been fully convinced by you loy that I do in fact need an I pod in my life Grin

NoMaybeAboutIt · 29/03/2012 08:57

I pad. I'm not that in the dark ages Grin

BeedleTheBard · 29/03/2012 09:12

So slightly darker line then maybe, exciting news, hope imps has been preparing her gymnastic routine Grin How many dpo are you know?
And what you need is one of those new-fangled sony walkman thingys, if you're really posh (and not living in olive's barn) you can have one that rewinds the cassette tape so you don't need to take it out, turn it over and use fast-forward. (might be showing my age here!!!)
