Oh god, I'm going mental. I am so damp in the drawers, I hold my breath every time I wipe. Please, please someone give me a slap!

I'm terrified of testing tomorrow, like waiting has built it up into something mental, so I'm wondering whether to wait til thurs to give af a chance to come if she's coming!

Oh dear!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 19:47

Unfortunately if I zoom in too close to the picture it just goes all blurry! But I can tell you it's thick and pink. I think I'm just so worried that the next testing session will be BFN that I'm almost willing someone to tell me Im delusional; I can't escape the hard facts, the test is positive whatever way you look at it; time will tell.

Dee as much as I would love to whip out the CBD and test tomorrow, I'm to sensible and realise that it might show Not Pregnant because there's too little hCG! But exciting about the faint positive that might be an evap but might not :)

Rusulka if you could that would be great, but don't feel you have to.

Eagle back away from the tests. Back.....away......from.....the.....tests!!! Grin

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 19:48

Festie I think you should test!! Wet feeling below is less of an AF sign and more of a pg sign.......surely!?!? :)

eaglewings · 24/01/2012 19:52

Please test in the morning Festie, we need someone to and your the next in line!

Notinmykitchen · 24/01/2012 19:56

Moo this is all so exciting, and frustrating!!! I really hope you get a definite answer soon, and that it is a BFP!!!! I had a look at your pic, but it was a bit too small to see unfortunately!

Dee sounding hopeful for you too, fingers crossed!!

Disco don't lose hope, it will happen some time, and there is no reason it couldn't be this month!

Festie well done for holding out, is it tomorrow you were going to test? Looks like it will be an exciting day all round!

DeeLite · 24/01/2012 19:57

Moowoo, can we compromise on Thursday Wink.

Festie, as we test around the same time, I seem to remember AF was early for you the last time so the fact that she's not here now is a really good sign?? Won't you please test for us tomorrow?!

You too eaglewings. It would not be unusual to get a BFP at 11dpo. Yes at 8dpo which is when I started testing this cycle Blush.

Rusulka · 24/01/2012 20:03

Never mind, I did it anyway. :)

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 20:04

Dee I'll cut you a deal; if i fold and test again tomorrow decide to test in the morning and it's a good result then I'll crack open the CBD and test on Thursday! If its not going so well tomorrow then I might not even test with it on Friday! Ideally I need to know by Friday as its my birthday Saturday and if it's a no for this month then I would at least be able to take comfort in the copious amounts of alcohol I could consume!!!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 20:09

Thanks Rusulka yours is obviously definitely more positive than mine. I am starting to doubt this now. Can you get pink evaps!?!

Rusulka · 24/01/2012 20:11

Eagle thank you sooooo much for mentioning small chocs. I thought it was an awesome idea, and was going to mention quality street, which is when I remembered in the middle of my chocolate-deprived addledness that OH MY GOD WE NEVER CRACKED OUT THE CHRISTMAS QUALITY STREET AND IT'S STILL UNDER THE DESK!!!
I think I've figured out a way of not eating DH's half (ok, third Blush) of the milka his mum got us...

Moo your levels should have doubled by Thurs, so test then with IC. If you can't bear going to work after a CBD, then leave it til Friday to do that. Then you can run round the house going OMGOMGOMG and then wrap it up as a present for DH/DP when he gets home (forgot which, sorry!

Festie fingers crossed!

Well, I've uploaded my test pics so you can check them out. Cross-posted, obvs. (the one time I didn't refresh before posting, mutter mutter).

Right. It's gone 8 so should start preparing fish pie. Then I can just bung it in
t'oven when DH says he's finished work around 9:30-ish.

Quality street, whoop!
(Lost 2lb last week, guessing I won't lose any this week now, doh. Thanks a lot, eagle! Lol.)

Best of luck ladies.
Also, please promise me that once you all get updiffed, be it sooner or later, we have our own little thread, independent of our respective due months. My September one just isn't as, well, raucous... Grin

Rusulka · 24/01/2012 20:13

Moo my evaps were always grey. If I am totally honest with myself. And don't forget, that test was done at 13dpo. FX though!!!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 20:33

Yes yes yes to our own pregnancy thread Grin I was thinking if I could upduffed how I would find you! Your suggestion is perfect :)

alexeliza · 24/01/2012 20:36

Hi All
It feels like I've been away forever - so much just seems to be happening and I swear I did look in last night!
Moo and Festie - still keeping everything crossed for you and hoping for great news tomorrow!!
And Eagle and Dee - thinking of you too as well - hopefully BFP's all around!!
Disco - I'm sorry you're feeling so low - hoping that this will be the month for you!!!!
Mind you, at this rate, I'll be the only one hanging around waiting for my BFP.
Testing on Sunday as I think that's when AF would be due - first cycle so not sure what exactly to expect. But determined not to test any earlier!

festiemum · 24/01/2012 20:39

Raucous! :o - love it!

Well I'm succumbing to the madness and recording for posterity my symptoms from the last week. If af turns up, then it just goes to show what amazing power the mind has!

So, tender boobs. I never get 'em - not since all the bfing, but this week, the underwiring in my bra has got so uncomfortable I've had to removed it every evening.

Absolute bloody exhaustion, falling asleep everywhere.

Nausea when hungry. Oh, and I just changed 2yo's nasty nappy and retched.

Sopping feeling under crackers. Had me running to the loo several times a day sure af had arrived.

Bloating - mad bloating, but that's kinda normal this time of the month.

So, that's it. Test tomorrow and we shall see just how nuts I am!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 24/01/2012 20:52

Yey!!!!!! Good on ya Festie let's hope we have good news together!! Ooooh it's like Xmas Eve Grin

I'm a but concerned because my udders are no where near a sore as they were!

But Festie like you, I was soooo sickly today, esp. when hungry and my under carriage has felt sopping, I too have been running to the loo expecting the red river from hell but nothing and the spotting has nearly stopped.

Alex fingers crossed for you for testing Sunday. It will be here sooner then you think!!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 25/01/2012 05:13

Not pg ladies; am gutted. How you can get 2 false positives I'll never know but let's just chalk it down to experience. I think by 18 dpo I would have gotten a clear result by now. Temp dropped too, and FF has moved my coverline and made my crosshairs dashed, I'm one step away from losing them altogether.

Maybe my spotting was just a weird period; don't know what to think. :( :(

festiemum · 25/01/2012 06:59

Oh moo I'm sorry. I don't think you can get 2 false positives. Maybe you were pg for a bit? That's what happened when I had my chem. light BFPs, then BFNs, then af. Sorry if that is what it is, but at least you've shown you can get pg. That said, I notice your temp hasn't dipped below the coverline. If af doesn't show, I think you should see your GP.

Well, how to say it? I poas this morning, a frer no less, and got a very strong up within seconds bfp! Wow! I'm a bit stunned and chuffed to pieces, obviously. Mostly I'm glad that my symptoms weren't in my head this month! Not going anywhere though obviously xxxx

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 25/01/2012 07:22

WOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Festie just most excellent news; you will all be getting your BFPs soon i can feel it; whereas I will still be sat here looking at false positives Grin

I can't think of anyone more deserving of a BFP than you, especially after everything that you have been through recently Grin :o :o

I just can't work it out and I am not sure what to think with all the spotting (which has all but gone now); was that a very very light period??? Should I chart it as light from when it started (technically at the same time I was expecting the witch to show up!) or carry on regardless!

Cramping has come back as well!!

But enough about me, Festie congratulations - the most amazing result :)

DeeLite · 25/01/2012 07:31

Oh Moo, I'm so sorry. I was so sure you'd have good news this morning. Don't despair though. We had similar spotting and I have a faint positive on an IC that came up after five minutes this morning. I will wait until Friday before doing a CBD and then hopefully breaking out the sparkling apple juice! I am on Day 14 of a luteal phase that usually lasts 10 days so I should surely have had a BFP by now instead of a teeny tiny faint positive - so I am still holding out hope for you on Day 18.

Festie, that's fantastic news from you. Well done for holding out until now and I very much hope to be joining you on an ante-natal thread very soon. Fingers crossed we're all migrating to ante-natal this month.

eagle ???

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 25/01/2012 07:40

Oh bloody hell, it's all kicking off here!! Dee that is great news. CONGRATS Grin wow!!!! Just WOW!!!!! Has the spotting stopped now?? What was your spotting like, if you don't mind me asking?

I really think it's game over for me; if I had a definite pink positive yesterday then I should have had another one today, especially with FMU, and not the glowing white BFN that i got instead.

Please don't migrate too far without me :(

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 25/01/2012 07:41

Lilliana · 25/01/2012 07:45

YAY FESTIE so pleased for you - please don't leave us completely though and yes yes to our own pg thread (if I ever get there)

Moo is it only temp drop? If so it's not over but could have been a chem as festie said. Whatever happpens hang onto the fact you ov'd (not sure how ff could change their mind about that now Hmm) and that means you can get pg. Know this is driving you mad. Maybe make a gp appointment and find out what is going on.

Alex I'll be here too waiting for a bfp so don't worry you won't be alone!

Rusulka you forgot about about the christmas chocolate!!!! Shock

Hope whatever stage you are all in it's going well and not driving you too mad

Lilliana · 25/01/2012 07:50

Cross post - Congrats Dee, we're on a roll now.

Can we have an ante-natal / ttc thread somewhere in no mans land when lots of you have gone and left me? (Kind of like switzerland?!?!) or is that against the mn rules?

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 25/01/2012 08:02

No Lil it was whiter than white BFN and a temp drop but because of that temp drop FF has moved my coverline lower and dashed my crosshairs, so now all my temps are above the coverline (maybe FF is willing me to be pg!!! Grin)

Maybe it was a chem, but surely I would have had slightly heavier bleeding rather than this weird brown spotting that I have been having. Not a single drop has made it's way to my underwear Confused

festiemum · 25/01/2012 08:06

I reckon we just keep this as 'our' thread, lil for undergraduates and graduates alike! As I said, I'm not going anywhere, if rusulka doesn't think the pg boards are raucous enough, then I'm not interested! :o

dee - it's sounding very good for you too! :)

moo - what was your bfn on this morning?! You know not to trust ics at all don't you? In order to get a bfp, there has to have been hcg in your system - you know that. False negs are common - false positives are unheard of! Can you stump up for another frer? At least we know they're reliable! xx

Lol at Switzerland, lil! :o
