Ok ladies I'm back.

CH - Docs did tell me not to start taking the pill straight away but I started taking them as soon as they'd told me I mc'd. I wanted to stop the bleeding cos it meant that I was mcing. You girls thought I was getting over it fine but I wasnt. I didnt want to tell you because you were going through enough things yourselves at the time. The reason I kept taking the pills at the end of the pack was because I knew I'd start bleeding again and I didnt want to. My mums normally takes pills on holiday to make sure she doesnt bleed and takes 2 packs back-back so I knew it wasnt harmfull to take packs back to back but prob was to do it straight after mc.

The reason I've stopped taking the pills again is a) because I want to get pg
b) DP made me when he found out.

I keep saying I'm not worried that there is no AF but I am I'm panicked that me being stupid has ruined it. I didnt want to tell anyone on the worry that you might all think I'm either lying or stupid but now you might think that anyway if you know dates that well, was hoping it would be overlooked.

i'm not after sympathy or anything I'm just telling you because I dont want you all to think I'm lying to you now that its obvious things dont add up.

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:13

I'm glad to hear you'll be happy either way CH. Seriously tho you deserve one and I hope you get your BFP.

If not, you'll have to let me know how your course goes. I wanted to be a midwife but dont think I could deal with people who were having abortions and still births etc. so good luck

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:21

welcome back, mumswish. and dont worry, you havnt made yourself look silly at all. we are all here to support eachother.maybe its just this months af that has been thrown out of balance, and next month it will calm down and start getting back to normal again.

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:24

I'm expecting it to, esp after it taking 3 months to arrive when I came off the pill last time. just little tiny fears inside thats all really.

Anyway, Wuzzle when r u due this time?

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:26

it took ages for my cycle to get back on track when i stopped takin the pill too, and they are still crazy! im sure that yours will calm down soon mumswish. what do you mean, when is my next af due?

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:28

Sorry wuzzle didnt make myself very clear there, yeh AF. Are you waiting for one or one just gone?

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:30

af started on monday but my next af should be due on 16th feb ish i think. im cd4 now see...i think thats right anyway :\

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:33

I should have just asked you your CD then would save the confusion. lol

I hope everything works out this month for you. Are you using Ovulation sticks etc? or just going au natural

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:36

ive thought about using ovulation sticks..where do u get them from? i cant seem to find them anywhere..or am i just not looking hard enough? at the mo im just kinda guessing ovulation (??) and bdind as much as possible . what about you??

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:39

You can get ovulation sticks very cheap from ebay. I bought loads of pg tests from there.

I'm just bding as much as poss, dont want to make it a chore, IYKWIM. Plus when I'm not taking the pill I'm really randy. lol so its still fun at the mo.

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:40

yeah i know what you mean about making it a chore. are they any good off ebay?????

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:41

i bought the preg tests from ebay, but they were all neg so i took a disliking to them, lol

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:43

I've never heard anyone complain about them, its commonplace for MNers I think.

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:44

cool, i'll have to give those ago then, i take it that they are used in the same sort of way as a preg test? (omg, i sound dumb)

mumswish · 19/01/2006 13:53

I've not used them but i've heard you p on them and you get things like smiley faces when yo're ovulating. Like I said tho I'm not sure might be worth checking with someone

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 13:56

ok, well cheers for the advice anyway, i think i'll have to get me some of those, so i can get a better idea of whats happeneing and when sometimes i actually wonder if im thinking about things a little too much...with that said tho, its pretty impossible not to think about it is it?

mumswish · 19/01/2006 14:10

I was thinking about when I wasnt even trying early last year! I cant wait to get pg and i cant wait to hold a little one thats mine!

wuzzlefraggle · 19/01/2006 14:22

same here mumswish!!! must be the most special thing in the word. Heres hoping that it happens sooner rather than later for all of us...i have been told that this thread is a lucky one,so fingers crossed . my dp keeps telling me that its sods law that the more i think about it, the longer it will take, but i dont think that he quite reailses how impossible it is not to

trace2 · 19/01/2006 14:46

hi girls , i have ovulation sticks from e-bay they so cheap and they work too.

mumswish dont worry we are here to help not criticise,

mumswish · 19/01/2006 14:49

Hiya Trace,

Are we still waiting for Northern? I hope someone ends up with a BFP would be really nice to end the thread on a high.

wuzzle - I keep telling Dp about how my belly is going to grow and stuff and he keeps telling me to stop thinking about it. I think its a man thing as to why they can just forget about it. lol

trace2 · 19/01/2006 14:53
