Now also, in honour of the Rugby World Cup, we can also take our pick of the strapping, fine-thighed walking sperm banks who will be on display in New Zealand soon. I vote myself to be the tournament's physio and also we can judiciously place a few eager volunteers into the Pit for Gloom purposes. They are so incredibly tough that they are not likely to go the way of Daniel, Cap'n Jack and Mitchell.

Roll up, roll up....baggsy the first go on Jonny Wilkinson.

okay. I first assumed Steps was some sort of exercise-thingy (and I do hate to exercise on purpose) - gave DP the big belly laugh when he had to explain that, no, it was a band. And then online photo search ensued. I, sadly enough, seemed to miss this musical act while growing up in the US of A. However, we did have KrissKross. So in honour of drunken dancing, baybee wins and knicker-checking, today I might just wear my clothing backwards. And JUMP.

LauraPalmer · 28/10/2011 11:10

p.s. what's a 'Reach' dance???

CaveMum · 28/10/2011 11:14

[wonders what she has let herself in for]

[backs towards door slowly, avoiding eye contact]

CaveMum · 28/10/2011 11:17

[runs back in]

Ah what the hell!

If we're talking danceable routines I used to be still am rather proficient at the Macarena, but the pop song of choice for drunken dancing surely has to be 5ive's "Keep on Movin". (ignore the stupid advert at the start)

[sobs at the thought this song is 12 years old!!!]

laura surely dancing to "Jump" is a bit energetic? I don't even have the energy to put my trousers on the other way around.

All of you discussing the possibility of attending a Steps reunion should be shot.

KatAndKit · 28/10/2011 11:40

You iz diffed!!! I don't know how you are managing to keep your mind on the job today?

I won't really be dancing to Jump either. Have actual pain in the bum. Possible from sitting on it for too long?

InTheSunshine · 28/10/2011 11:53

Bloody hell this is exciting!! Hurrah for Bugs baybee win. [Grin]

I used to be able to do the Whigfield dance.

LauraPalmer · 28/10/2011 12:08

truth be told I've settled for merely humming JUMP instead of actually doing it; while chopping my hair over the bathroom sink.

I think I might now look like Jeremy Clarkson's long lost twin.

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!
You have a definite win!
This is amazing news. Once you have seen it on a posh stick you know it is true. It seems the old advice to go on holiday has actually worked for once!

How are you feeling?

CaveMum · 28/10/2011 12:35

Yaaayyy!!!! Grin Grin Grin

My first BESH baybee Grin

Does anyone need me to rub myself against them for newbie luck? [hwink]

LauraPalmer · 28/10/2011 12:35

Whoop Whoop DIFFEDNESS!!!!!!!!!!! Such happy dancing for BuggeryLugs and LittleLugs

Really excited for you, lovely laydee.

Now, FaithiePoo...I think some peeing must commence...

KatAndKit · 28/10/2011 12:36

Now that sounds like a good lesbo-erotic ritual for the BESH. Perhaps I can join in by rubbing my not very pregnant looking but nevertheless diffed belly against people? Shall we chuck a bit of mud in too?

MadameBoo · 28/10/2011 12:43

I don't like mud. Can we wrestle in melted chocolate instead?

KatAndKit · 28/10/2011 12:45

mmm yes better idea, provides a tasty snack.

CaveMum · 28/10/2011 12:52

So rubbing and licking, yes? [gets excited]

AuntieDoris · 28/10/2011 12:53

It is very weird at first. That is the reason why some people piss on half a ton of sticks in the first week, as it hardly seems real. Nothing looks different, often nothing feels really different and the rest of the world is clueless about your earth shattering news and carrying on just as normal while you are madly freaking out inside and your heart is racing and you just can't think about anything else apart from your little pink lines.
