Sunny I do indeed "get around". In the last three weeks I have had a trip to Germany, a trip to Ireland (both for work) and then a trip to Newcastle for a wedding. Four flights and two 3hr+ train rides in 3 weeks = shattered.

Hurray! I am home. Have been awake for about 41 hours with only cat-naps on the plane. Have spent about 14 hours in the air in that time. Am surprisingly awake at the moment although i expect to crash and burn anytime soon.

Well, I'm in the running

Well I weighted myself again this morning. Have apparently put on 8lbs whilst away - last night it said I had put on 11lbs!

However, back on the Slimming World diet as weigh in is on Thursday!
