Now also, in honour of the Rugby World Cup, we can also take our pick of the strapping, fine-thighed walking sperm banks who will be on display in New Zealand soon. I vote myself to be the tournament's physio and also we can judiciously place a few eager volunteers into the Pit for Gloom purposes. They are so incredibly tough that they are not likely to go the way of Daniel, Cap'n Jack and Mitchell.

Roll up, roll up....baggsy the first go on Jonny Wilkinson.

have recently discovered (being as i don't get out much) that there really quite a good offering of comedy on a friday night at the mo. It's like how it used to be when I were a lass. I have guffawed loudly several times to 'Would I lie to you' and am now Improving my Brain watching QI.

How old is Dnephew? (I'm now always going to read DN,Dsis, DD etc as De Nephew, like in 'put de lime in de coconut' Does everyone else already do that? Or do you do a short D?

In other news, I am menkalling. I appear to have mislaid my droid today. Confused

InTheSunshine · 07/10/2011 22:11

Mislaid Mole? Mislaid???

InTheSunshine · 07/10/2011 22:16

Anyway back to the rest of your post... Yes to put de lime in de coconut. I always think the D abbreviation is an odd one. DH Dsis why not just H or sis?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 07/10/2011 22:19

Nephew is quite darling to be fair. Just turned two. Chats away now. Quite entertaining aside from demands for Peppa pig and Ben and 'olly
Moley should we send out a search party? Is this a regular occurrence?!

starcuntmole · 07/10/2011 22:28

I know, careless aren't I? To be honest, yet again half a day of it not being there when I go to loo is long enough already, so I only mention it safe in the knowledge that I have flashed fate and it will be unbuttoning its jeans as we speak

( = 'tempting fate' metaphor, I think I went too far though)

TBH am just too lazy to get off sofa and see if it's here now Grin

Did you have a lovely birthday lovely sunny, and do you have continuing celebration plans for the weekend?

InTheSunshine · 07/10/2011 22:31

Havea Peppa Pig is like crack for kids. Every child I know under the age of 4 is obsessed with it. That and some programme with Pippin the dog and a woman who flies a plane. I'm quite fond of In The Night Garden myself, makes me very sleepy!

starcuntmole · 07/10/2011 22:35

What I meant in english was that by mentioning it on here, which I wasn't going to, I know it'll turn up now.

InTheSunshine · 07/10/2011 22:36

X posts Cunty - yes I had a lovely lovely birthday thanks. Too many cocktails last night! Had a day off today. We are having some friends round for drinks & attempting to go out tomorrow night. It will probably end up with us all staying at our house and getting plastered but either way it will be fun.

I hate the pesky missing metal fucker. It fucks with your mind.

starcuntmole · 07/10/2011 22:45

It is indeed, very fuckin annoying.

On the plus side I have persuaded BBB to take me shopping tomorrow and buy new boots (I had ordered some bargainous ones from Office on line, but after a week and they hadn't turned up i received an email telling me they didn't have them after all Sad they were £120 reduced to £60- and beautiful. I still think about them now

I may even get a new coat too. Though that will probably be classed as Christmas pressie, and I will get nothing then. (one year we agreed not to get each other presants as we were skiing. Of course I got him a little few somethings. Nothing, I actually got nothing. What is it with men and taking us literally?)

InTheSunshine · 07/10/2011 22:52

I am still hankering after several new items. Went shopping today but was with my mum. I can't buy things from anywhere other than M&S if she's with me. She would baulk at anything costing more than £25. actually that's a lie, I cant spend money in front of her. It's like I am still 15!

What is preferred coat Mole?

starcuntmole · 07/10/2011 23:04

Well, I did do a reccy today, and was most pleased to find that all the nice coats I tried on in a normal shop fitted, an experience those of you not blessed with being a biffer won't really appreciate, but trust me was positively skip inducing, so I have an Actual Choice . Am torn between just a bit casual for everyday wear, and yet would still feel better than current boring statementless job I'm wearing (which is also bit too big Grin), or going for a bit more smarterer, which would instantly transform me into glamourpuss who would always do me hair and look swish and not like a bag lady but realistically I wouldn't really wear much as I don't go to too many glamorous locations . Also, it should be warm.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 08/10/2011 07:48

I bought a gorgeous green wool coat from Next last year. Cost a fair whack but I absolutely luff it. Looks stylish and I feel glam in it. Totally impractical in the rain but I don't care! Get the glam one. I hope you find some boots you luff :)

KatAndKit · 08/10/2011 09:38

Oooh all this talk of shopping. I need some money, I want a new coat too. I need one actually. cunty pliz to be uploading some pictures. I may resort to some non subtle hinting.
A new coat makes you feel all luffly inside when you go out in it for the first time. Especially if it is colourful. Even if it is Not Actually Cold Yet. This tends to happen to me when I get a new coat. It looks cold-ish, but everyone else is still in t-shirts and I am roasting by lunchtime.

MadameBoo · 08/10/2011 16:02

My droid is here - and tonight I am wearing a concoction of white lace as I'm going to a party as Madonna. FUCKIT!

starcuntmole · 08/10/2011 18:04

Me too, two days late, little fucker. Am heading off to the bottom of bottle of rose, see y'all soon.

Will that make you feel like an adult movie star lugs?

InTheSunshine · 09/10/2011 02:31

BESH how did I get to be 35?! I am drunk. But I've eaten chips so hopefully they are soaking up the booze!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 09/10/2011 07:58

sunny age is just a number! Hope you enjoyed the booze aha the chips have.minimised the hangover.
I've had very little sleep. Not cos of de nephew, he only stirred twice and woke at 6.30. I just couldn't sleep, then MSB was chucking up, think he's got a bug. Oh joy.

LauraPalmer · 09/10/2011 10:53

The stupid fucking droid has got me, too. Angry making. All month I kept thinking that all the unprotected (but not SWI from DP's perspective) sechs would miraculously end with me being happily updiffed. Seriously. I'm as idiotic as the chicks who give birth after not even knowing they're preggers. Am feeling properly barrenly haggish.

I might start up the OPK this round...any advice on how to do it cheap and easy? And on the sly? I think DP would be much happier if I could get knocked up without him having to go through all the ovulation planning rigamarole. (Have I mentioned that when his evil exw got updiffed with DStepS 7 years ago they only did it ONCE?! Once!!!! I hate her.)

Please keep me smiling with pictures of your fabulous new winter coats. New coat = happy making. I shall live vicariously on your spoils.

SunnyBunny I feel your age-pain; I'm rounding in on 38. Yikes. Doesn't even seem possible.

BaybeeFaith hope rest of Da Nef's visit is lovely and illness-free.

Off to another long day of work.

MadameBoo · 09/10/2011 11:01

I'm 39 so you can all fark orf :o

MadameBoo · 09/10/2011 11:02

and so can the droids.

KatAndKit · 09/10/2011 11:04

Cheap and easy - buy them on the internet. Home Health website or amazon. I purchased them 100 at a time so I could piss on as many sticks as I liked.

On the sly - I am good at this. This pregnancy we did talk about it after the last miscarriage. He knew i was using ov sticks but I never shared the results with him. Obviously parading around the house naked was enough of a hint. also got in the habit of doing three times weekly sechs anyway so he wouldn't know if it was ov day or just business as usual.

I couldn't imagine saying "oooh look darling, a smiley face on a stick, shag me now"
