Now also, in honour of the Rugby World Cup, we can also take our pick of the strapping, fine-thighed walking sperm banks who will be on display in New Zealand soon. I vote myself to be the tournament's physio and also we can judiciously place a few eager volunteers into the Pit for Gloom purposes. They are so incredibly tough that they are not likely to go the way of Daniel, Cap'n Jack and Mitchell.

Roll up, roll up....baggsy the first go on Jonny Wilkinson.

Well fab news about the weight loss! Reckon the jury's still out if the ladies are still sore...
I'm so chilled out about ttc now I dunno what cd I am. Ho hum.

eurochick · 21/09/2011 23:03

I am due today but no droid yet. I did a test yesterday though so I know I am not PG. I am oddly chilled about droid arrival this month.

I am pissed off though. Just got home to find my first ever driving penalty charge notice in 18 yrs of driving. For a box junction. Grrr. Just up the road from my house, there is one with a pedestrian crossing after the junction so if you start moving and the lights change, you can end up stuck. Even so, my arse must have only been a small way inside the junction. Certainly not obstructing anyone turning (the yellow lines go some way beyond the junction either side). Traffic was really jammed up that day so they must have got loads of people. I feel AGGRIEVED. I would never deliberately drive in a bus lane/block a box junction/park illegally. The point of those things is to keep the traffic flowing and I didn't impede that. Grrrr. And the fine goes up x3 if you contest it. So like every other chump I will just pay up to get the "discounted" rate. I'd like to see the photo evidence though. Arses.

kat2504 · 22/09/2011 09:00

That is arses! Not fair about the fine going up if you contest it - I guess it is just to make you keep quiet and pay up!

Nice work on the weightloss bugs - I have clearly been eating your share of cake!

eurochick · 22/09/2011 12:32

Please give mine a good kicking kat - it arrived overnight.

On to cycle 11 of proper trying.

kat2504 · 22/09/2011 12:49

Cycle 11, that's a bit bollocks isn't it? Are you going to complain to the quacks if it doesn't happen next month? Perhaps it is time for your man to get his jizz tested. I feel for your frustration. TTC is well shit

eurochick · 22/09/2011 13:37

It is great big sweaty bollocks. I'm not good at patience. When I want something I want it now .

White goods have been tested. Quite good quality but quantity was somewhat lacking. Being retested in a few weeks to see if he just missed the pot it was a one off. I'm back at the quack's in early November. I might tell him his service is rubbish because I haven't won a baybee yet and ask him what he is going to do about it while I tap my foot and glare menacingly at him.

Make your own stick out of cardboard and paper and get a red biro out. That will show the evil sticks who is boss! No seriously, wait till the weekend. It's not been that long that you have been having reasonable cycles back anyway so perhaps a bit of extra pms is not out of the ordinary in that case. Of course, you may yet be in luck.....

Droid is a pain in the ass. As is my boss. I've had a crap day at work. I'm fed up with everything.
let's all celebrate with Wine

MadameBoo · 22/09/2011 21:11

Hasta La Vista, Droids!

AuntieDoris · 22/09/2011 21:17

Hello BESHes. Have missed you all but have been busy having a life - a boring one however. Am remarkably pissed off as a letter has arrived from the specialists today saying I will have to wait 4-5 months for an appointment with the specialists. Bollox. 13 months in and having to wait another few months takes me up to a year and a half - they feels like forever!!

I only think of Dor as Dor from next door. The one who is always trying to seduce Gavin.

AuntieDoris · 23/09/2011 09:08

I dunno if we have properly met. I am only 35 - not quite as old as the name would suggest! Nice to meet you anyway :)

Ps) We always have the cat asleep on our bed!

I have a very timid hamster. I lost enthusiasm with her quite quickly when I realised she wasn't a baybee.....she's alright. We're trying to get her out more.
Right BESHes what ate your weekend plans?

eurochick · 24/09/2011 10:23

The Droid ate my weekend plans....

kat2504 · 24/09/2011 10:38

MrK's son is having his birthday party. We will be in a sports hall with lots of rowdy 8-9 year olds playing indoor football. I will have to take two paracetamol in advance! Fortunately there will be cake...

AuntieDoris · 24/09/2011 10:49

My weekend plans involve me being volunteered to look after my 2 year old nephew and my 6 month old niece today. My sister is a bit anxious as I have only ever looked after them for an hour or two before and I have only ever changed 2 nappies. What could possibly go wrong? I keep reminding myself that if my sister can cope then I should be fine! :D

Truffkin · 24/09/2011 11:11

I'm popping in to offer this to pulverise all of the offending droids. Absolute buggers and at the weekend as well. Simply rude.

TGB is away on a stag do this weekend and I am attempting to understand rugby. I do try but don't get it. I wonder if it is down to being a football fan so I've never 'got' the rules in the same way. Still, I'm learning right? I do also like the way the players are so polite to the referee and would like more of that in football please.

My weekend plans involve staying in my pyjamas for as long as possible. Eating nice food and watching whatever I want on TV. Tomorrow I would like to be able to stay asleep until later than 9am, as it is the bloody weekend and I want a lie in!

Have fun with all of the child-related activities BESHies. Sounds like there may be a R&R Sunday on the way after your efforts today. Good luck!
