maybe, This is my first cyle off the pill (stopped taking it at the end of June). I had been taking it for 2 years or so. I had such awful symptoms this week that even DP (who is ignorant of all things pregnancy related except his input into the process) raised an eyebrow and suggested morning sickness. Seems it was just mental hormones from coming off the pill as I am pretty much back to normal now.

I think I ovulated this month but can't be sure I have a CBFM shag dictator primed and ready for action from CD1, if AF dares to put in an appearance. Bring on the rats....

Morning ladies! . I'm feeling much better this morning, 11 hours kip! Started organising house. Ddad is finishing decorating nursery spare room, DH is preparing kitchen for painting.

I have decided that as my last attempt at BROOKING NO ARGUMENT this month I will be tempting fate all over the shop by enjoying a good bottle of rioja this evening! That way it will be truly the WORST POSSIBLE TIMING when I discover next week that I was completely wrong and I am in fact pregnant already!

I am giving up on the deceitful pee sticks for this month though, I get entirely too distressed by their lies. I can tell that AF is just around the corner (she clearly missed my posted dead rattie, next time I'll make sure I send it by email!), so I will await her arrival with a glass of wine in hand. Don't worry I will be jumping right back on the NO BROOKING bus with Day 1 of my assured pregnancy starting early next week!

Who wants to go in with me on a good-cop/bad-cop routine for the pee sticks next month? We'll stick a whole batch in a poorly lit room, strapped to an uncomfortable chair. One of us will get them all scared with images of smacked ratties, whilst the other person can entice them with promises of being framed on the wall and treasured for a lifetime... We can make them work for us!

Go for it Scream - lets have a bit of ironic BFP action. And if all else fails at least you'll have a darn good bottle of wine!

For those that might have forgotten I am currently CD32 (normal length 28/29) and now 13dpo (last two LPs 13 and 15 days). Literally feeling sick with nervousness about whether I can get through Sunday and Monday and still fight off AF.

Looking forward to BFPs left right and centre tomorrow. Let's go get them Rat Smackers!!!

Evening rat slackers,

A quick one from me, have just worked two 13 hour shifts in a row & can't wait to crawl in my bed!
No AF for me yet, am day 34 but no BFP. How rude. Am still expecting AF to turn up as have done a CBD & first response. Have found out I've got a uti today (I work in a hospital-handily) so I think that explains my symptoms. Am now on antibiotics so have got a genuine excuse for not drinking

Am really looking forward to the BFP that I'm expecting from nearly all of you tomorrow or Monday!!! Night night

Scream you still could be are pg but in the unlikely event that your rat wasn't smacked, glad to see you have a nice, positive attitude for next month. And quite right re day 1 of pregnancy. I am day 6 already - whoop!

Morning preggos - well, not quite the definitive outcome I was hoping for!! Just POAS and got a BFN. I stared and squinted and turned it and held it to the light and for a second thought I could see a faint line. But then realised it was imaginary...

Have promised myself to wait until next weekend to test again in the hope that AF does not make an appearance on Wed/Thurs! Will be drinking with friends this afternoon so now do not need to find excuses not to have any!!

Aww Patience only a matter of time to confirm what we know. Is AF not due until Wed/Thur? Do you know how many dpo you are?

Still no AF here but only 14dpo today so not convinced that my obv pg will show itself yet.

If nowt by end of Monday I will test on Tue or Wed....

Morning Biscuits - good news that you still don't have AF! Will be looking out for your result Tues/Wed.

AF not due here until Thurs I think but was kidding myself it was Wed so I could test earlier... No idea on the DPO thing. My husband works away so it's irrelevant most of the time! He was home on the 9th/10th July so I'm working to those dates!

Just retrieved the pee stick from the bin checked the result again and it's still a BFN...

Well I'm still definitely keeping fingers crossed for you. Still early early days for testing if not due until Thurs xx

I'm still excited about Positive Pee Stick Monday - seems like you're all still in the game - even you Patience - don't let one measly BFN convince you that you're not pregnant because you so are.

I'm at 5/6 DPO. Had some really weird pant snot earlier - 2 big clumps of primrose yellow (I'm trying to make it sound nicer than it was) CM - not had that before. Do you know what thought crossed my mind for the merest hint of a millisecond - "I should post a photo of that on MN and get people's thoughts". HA HA HA HA HA HA - such disgusting thoughts = clearly upduffed, surely??!

Right, onwards - I have a lot to achieve today and so far have achieved fuck all only a few things on my to do list.
