So the last thread disappeared so here's the deal: I realised it's really annoying to drive yourself mad wondering if you're pg during the 2ww. Newbies welcome!

Hello, how is everyone today? My bum hurts from squats at the gym!

OP posts:
PatientGriselda · 03/06/2011 07:45

Not bad, thanks. A bit sexless, but its probably a bit late for that this cycle anyway.

My bum also hurts! Mine's from cycling.

Bexamundo · 03/06/2011 18:35

Hmm really not sure I trust this charting/fertility friend malarky this morning it decided yesterday morning was a blip and I DID ovulate on cd8! If that's the case then yay! dtd two nights before. Not counting chickens but not in pits of despair anyway. Hooray am now only half a stone off being "overweight" and have been to gym 4 times this week (that's 4 times a week for 3 weeks!) [pats self on back].
DH kept a promise last night to dtd which was more relaxed because we have to assume my fertile phase is over. He is also very relaxed now his test is over and done with (but keeps nagging me to check about his result which is currently in process).
It's the weekend and it's lovely and sunny here. Makes me feel happy with washing on the line, windows open etc. Hmm shall I vaccuum or garden?!

NinjaChipmunk · 04/06/2011 22:32

well done you! that's a very well deserved pat on the back!

I joined fertility friend a while back but really can't be arsed with it, it is now known as futility fiend in my house!

has been a lovely day, we went to epsom derby today which was fun, only saw one race though!

nearing the end of the 2ww, c'mon tuesday!

Bexamundo · 05/06/2011 09:18

How cool, going to the Derby! I spent the morning intensively cleaning. Had an ongoing issue with the hoover, wasn't picking up -clearly worked much harder trying to work it. One bag change and two attacks at the bottom of the hose later it finally picked up. Took me s good good to vac (and we have a bungalow so no stairs!). My friend is visiting which resulted in bbq with Muchos booze (but I.only had a few, didn't want much, is that my body saying I'm up the duff?). DH is rough as a badger's arse!
I'm guessing I'm in tww assuming I did ovulate cd 8. Never know when to test cos my cycles have been all over the shop. Last one was 24 with early ovulation...maybe I'll test cd25 if evil witch isn't here? [Scratches head and tries to work out what day it us now without looking at Futility Fiend] (love it BTW).

OP posts:
Bexamundo · 05/06/2011 09:22

It's cd15 for the record.

NinjaChipmunk · 05/06/2011 09:57

Hot cross buns for breakfast I think. mmmmmmmmmmmm..............
Grin at your dh. my dp is still in bed nursing a hangover too. May allow ds to wake him up soon mwahahahaha

Bexamundo · 05/06/2011 15:56

DH has got up, come to church, gone back to bed twice! And now seems to be recovering with hair of the dog....how is dp ninja?
Mmm more bbq food but not much, felt full very quickly. Good I suppose.

NinjaChipmunk · 05/06/2011 17:27

he's not too bad, made me go to b&q though so that was tres boring and neither of us liked any of the wallpaper there! He's taken ninjaboy swimming so I'm just chilling on the sofa watching Volcano whilst a casserole cooks for dinner later.

Bexamundo · 05/06/2011 17:50

Ah. We love b&q go at least once a fortnight. We looked for wallpaper last week for the playroom den and didn't like anything either. Once again he plumped for the man u wallpaper. I said over my dead body um no.
Had a nice bbq with family (leftovers). Now that Dnephew has gone like a whirlwind through the house and gone home for a bath we are doing our Sunday night ironing relay whilst watching Kelly's heroes and drinking tea. Perfect Sunday really!
Ps laughing at "ninjaboy"

Hello,

bexamundo invited me in Smile

I'm having the most crazy uncomfy boobs, they feel really heavy and my nipples are too tender to touch, but I'm only cd20, so not real symptoms, just body being hilarious!!!
The first cycle dh and I tried I had LOADS of symptoms, but of course i wasn't, we've been trying for 8 cycles now, and this is the first sniff of any symptoms since then... Although I had a fairly long cycle last month(4days longer than normal) -who knows!?!?!?!?!

Xx

PatientGriselda · 05/06/2011 19:47

Hi all. Sorry I've been away for a while, but have been lured back by the whiff of hot cross buns and barbecues! And hi especially to karbea.

Ninj, are you tempted by an early test before Tuesday? Or are you holding firm? I bought a test earlier, despite havIng distinct pre menstrual twinges as I shopped. Ah well. CD43 tomorrow.

NinjaChipmunk · 05/06/2011 20:47

hot cross buns and barbeques will do it, bit like someone wafting a bacon sarnie under your nose.
hi karbea, hope they are the proper symptoms, its a nightmare isn't it?
PG cd43? that sucks a big one, any idea what day you ov'd?
I don't have any tests here and af dues tues/weds and tues is my day off. So I think it should be easy enough to hold out and then see how I feel then.

Off to put ds to bed, back in a bit

Karbea · 05/06/2011 20:49

And feeling tearful whilst watching the antiques road show...

havealittlefaithbaby · 05/06/2011 20:52

Artist formerly known as Bexamundo here, watched Kelly's heroes had a name change inspiration.
Welcome to karbea. Loopy symptom spotting essential on this thread.
I'm experiencing awful reflux/nausea. It's not that I haven't eaten for hours or that I ate crap at lunch. It's morning sickness.[at night. On cd7.] Definitely Smile

NinjaChipmunk · 05/06/2011 21:05

i've been having mood swings today, dp had the audacity to moan that his dinner was taking a long time as he was starving hungry so I flounced out of the room in a big mood. Could that pass as a symptom? Oh and a mouth ulcer...that could be a symptom too?

still getting random patches of backache as well.

havealittlefaithbaby · 05/06/2011 21:07

Oh yes, clearly upduffed.

NinjaChipmunk · 05/06/2011 21:08

oh and good name by the way, I like it!

havealittlefaithbaby · 05/06/2011 21:51

Why thanks, it's got a double meaning. One being quality quote from one of ky fave films of all time, the other that I'm a Christian be

havealittlefaithbaby · 05/06/2011 21:52

Argh accidental posting...
Being faithful about getting pg despite now success for 18 months. A reminder for myself as much as anything!

PatientGriselda · 06/06/2011 00:26

Nice name! How do you want us to shorten it? HALFB? Faith?

No idea when I ovulated, ninja. I am just very envious of every

PatientGriselda · 06/06/2011 00:27

Oops.

I am just very envious of everyone else for bloody knowing. And having symptoms and things. You are all obviously pregnant! :o

havealittlefaithbaby · 06/06/2011 06:29

How about faithbaby?!
Had such a vivid dream I was pg. Did a cb digital it said 8 weeks. I was thinking 'how did I kiss this?'. Even analysed in dream "am I dreaming?" But could feel breeze on.face and saw numbers of car number plates so though it must be real! Sad to wake up.

havealittlefaithbaby · 06/06/2011 06:30

Should say 'miss this'. Kiss just sounds weird.

PatientGriselda · 06/06/2011 08:56

Aww, sorry it was just a dream. You know when you do get your bfp you will actually have to kiss this stick now, don't you?
