jaggy did you manage to get back to sleep and have another go at taking your temp this morning? From your charts it looks like by 13 DPO your temp would normally have dropped a bit lower, so I'm keeping fx for you.

14DPO for me and still high temps

i do normally temp at about 4.30 am cos of my shift work, it's the only way i can do about the same time every day!

got back to sleep eventually but didn't bother with another temp. am pretty sure AF is here, only get cramps like that beforehand. haven't actually erm, checked this morning.

I have a quick question for you all - I usually take temp at 6am but this morning due to crazy cat antics I had to get up at 4.10am to remove said loopy animals from my bedroom and ended up going to the bathroom as well. I took temp at this time - 35.97. I then went back to sleep until 6 when DH alarm went off, so took temp again and it was 35.86.

My question is this - which temp should I use? And also, should I use the temp corrector (which gives 4.0 temp as 36.17 which is clearly quite a big difference in the grand scheme of things)?

I find it odd that my later temp was lower, I would have thought that it would be higher after not much sleep and some activity...

it doesn't look like there's a clear temp rise compared to your average temp so far so I'd say not yet, sorry. how annoying when you are waiting for it!

Still no actual visible presence of AF, it's crap waiting all day for it to show. meh. Still crampy and also grumpy after lack of sleep too!

I thought posting that would work, didnt have to wait long.

CD1 here properly now.

Going to take a wee break from FF and also Mumsnet and maybe TTC for a month or so. Have been going a bit constantly nuts with all the hoping and disappointment, need to concentrate on me and DH (and DS) a wee bit for a while.

Hopefully be back in a bit, good luck everyone, can't wait to hear about all the BFPs. :) Miss you all...

jaggy really sorry about AF & that horrible CD1 feeling. totally understand about stepping back, I need to do the same really but seem unable to! Always keeping my fingers crossed for my fellow BFer!

Sorry it's cd1 jaggy hope the break does you some good. It's nice to not have to think about it sometimes.

Got a clear temp drop today too, so hopefully cd1 will start tomorrow. Maybe starting a cycle on my birthday will bring me luck!

CD14 here but no fertile signs yet - this last bit of waiting (I've been waiting to start TTC for a very long time) is doing my head in.

Sorry jaggy about AF, hope the break does you good. You never know, sometimes when you stop trying...

CD2 for me but AF was expected. I totally messed things up on holiday by turning down a swi opportunity one morning because I thought it was too early in the month (and we would have missed breakfast - how stupid is that) then in the evening he'd had too much to drink to complete the deed (sorry tmi.) Next morning my temp was up. Missed the boat. Sigh.

I wasn't convinced about FF's putting my ov date on CD10 in May, I thought it might have been day 14. So I was surprised that it was on CD11 in June. I'd even bought some OPKs but hadn't started using them yet! I'll start on day 9 this month, I think.

Karbea what cd are you now? if it is an anovulatory month, its probably best to wait til you next ovulate....

Seems I have a 16 day luteal phase - cd1 today. I know I should be grateful for it - but it's annoying having a long lp when I've known since 12dpo that I'm not pg. Having to wait almost a week for af to then show is a bit of a pain. Anyway. Am not expecting to ov till cd24 at the very earliest so will prob skip temping this first week. Have a scan on Tuesday so will see if ovaries are still polycystic.
