Getting us started on a new thread; this one is gonna be a lucky one!

'too' stressful, grrr, typing tooooo quickly!

Hi All - thanks for checking up on me! I am fine just suffering like MummyA with RL being somewhat busy. I am doing a fulltime role but as it is a short term assignment (although they are asking if I can extend) I haven't introduced any additional childcare and am running an amazing collection of Grandparent, DH, best friend, Nanny - anyone who walks past the front door and looks reasonably sane - care. I ride an hour each way to work - get there by 7am and work like mad until 2pm and then dash back to pick up the DDs - look after them for the afternoon - pore them into bed and then do numerous hours of work into the night. I was checked for breast cancer today (still waiting for mammogram) but seems to be ok and am being tested for thyroid cancer next week (fx that is okayish as well) After those are out the way I will take a look at the rmc tests - I am certainly getting my money's worth out of the NHS! Mad - completely mad but surprisingly doable for the moment and the relief of being able to pay some house bills and the enjoyment of work (weird woman emoticon) make it definitely worthwhile - but mn time is being constricted!

I have just read about what Dachs is going through - just makes my heart hurt - I am joining hands with all you wonderfully lovely ladies to add to the heartfelt support and willpower to help her and her pups through tonight.

In the hope of getting some thread-starter's luck, here is the new thread what I've started :)
In my news, have been SWI all week but no ov yet...(CD20!) It's getting chilly here, electric blanket going in tonight :)
