orange it.s weird when the secret's out isn't it? I'm still holding off going totally public until 16 wk scan in two weeks but have told some people and it makes it real somehow! Will feel most real when I've told work. Not looking forward to that! Eek.

Thanks all - it does help wombat. I am taking comfort in that I don't have any cramps and it is barely even spotting as nothing showing on a pad. I did a bike ride the day before it started and felt I had pushed it a bit much so it may be related to that. Taking it easy and will see what happens.

Daisy I read somewhere that the ligament relaxing effect of pg hormones can also affect your eyes and so some women find they need glasses/different prescription while their pg. Worth an eye test?? Am planning one myself.

Can I join you guys? Have had a interesting start to the new year, decided to start trying after the new year, got pg straight away only to bleed and miscarry 3 days after finding out I was pg. 4weeks 6 days.
Did another test tues just gone as I'd had very mild period type pains for a week with no period and thought I should check before going to doctor to see what was going on- so sure was going to be -ve but was a BFP - only 4 weeks after miscarriage?!? Completely shocked!

Trying not to be paranoid every time I go to the toilet or every little twinge, but tis tricky!

congrats Haffertee, you are in exactly the same position as me! I'm 5+2 after an mc 2nd Feb, it's scary isn't it?!

Am constantly knicker checking and worrying that it might go wrong, but the lovely ladies on here are great :)

aandr the last couple of days I've been having very odd pulling twinges lower down than before but it seemed like things are ok on the scan, so I've got everything crossed they're ok for you too.

daisy sorry about your painful head and eyes-do you do a desk job? That must be a nightmare!! the midwife said I need to try to drink 3-4 litres of water a day (!!), maybe that will help?

I've put a big stash of Percy pigs, Creme eggs and malteaser bunnies in the corner to tide us over the weekend....

Got my 12 week scan date for 24th March that's actually almost 13 wks as they're going to do a combined nuchal too and wanted the extra time to try and ensure a good chance!

Good to find some fellow worriers here! Hils, had my miscarriage on 7th Feb, how are you working out how pg you are has a doctor told you or are you just using your miscarriage date as a period date?
