I find my temps always go up after bad night's sleep
maybe it depends how long you've actually been asleep for when you take the temp. I don't know.

the conception indicator is supposed to tell you number of weeks since conception, but if you do more than one it can give you an indication if you HCG is going up - i.e. in the right direction. I vowed not to go down that path to hell route this time, but damn, they were on special offer in waitrose, so just accidentally put them in my basket yesterday!

MrsA I always put the "disturbance" on the day where the wonky temp is seen, i.e. if the wonky temp is a tuesday, I write disturbed sleep, or drinking underneath the tuesday, even if it was actually the monday night. But as long as you are consistent, don't think it matters really 
digi can't say I;ve ever really noticed about the,,, ummmm, tightness of the vagina
mainly I think because I loathe checking my cervix, so once I know I've ov'd I just don't bother again until the next cycle!!
Sorry to hear your temp dropped today, but don't despair, as a one-off temp drop doesn't necessarily mean anything. As long as the overall pattern is there I think it's fine. Hoping for a nice rise for you tomorrow!
