Iwish I found Evening Primrose Oil did more for my EWCM than grapefruit juice TBH. It's fine if you like the stuff, but if you hate it I wouldn't bother!

Thanks spilt re the sickness. It's hardly there once I've eaten something, and like you say, I think you have to keep the blood sugar up. Good idea re sipping orange juice. I suppose it's quite nice to have a symptom now, so that I don't think I've imagined it all!

getdown its good that you are sick hon xxx it can sometimes be a bit unnerving when you arent nauseous!! Hope its not too bad, agree with spilt, OJ and fizzy been good for me.

Izzy don't you think I have already OV-ed?? I haven't had HSO cervix apart from during OV and MC before?!?!

terrys I would expect to see your temps shoot up tomorrow. But if they don't then it's possible your body has tried to ov and not done it for whatever reason and may try again in a few days. Hoping it's the former!

terrys comparing with your other charts, I think yes you might have ov'd but I wouldn't rely in it until the temps go up, hopefully over the next couple of days. You're probably right about cervix position but just remember after mc everything can be a bit mad. Hence I just wouldn't rely on the "normal" signs until you see a distinct temp rise. Fx it's tomorrow!

V frustrating that last night was a bad one with DS so I can't rely fully on temp!

I feel really depondent tonight. Just don't think it is going to happen for us this month.

getdown thanks, I was looking at the evening primrose oil in the supermarket today but thought I'd give the grapefruit juice a go. I will see how I get on with it and if it's too disgusting I will invest in the evening primrose. After OV I shall be hitting the pineapple juice lol.

I thought if I was pregnant my temp would stay up and not drop. Am I mistaken?

No worries Iwish might as well drink the stuff now you've bought it! Buying EPO seems to do the trick for me, I bought a huge tub of the stuff just before conceiving DD (3 years ago) and so never got to use it all. It went out of date so had to chuck it all out. Then I bought another pot this cycle and only used a few tabs! So that will prob be another pot in the bin. (not supposed to take it during preg I think) Ooops!

AuntieDoris don';t despair. Looking at your chart I notice quite a few of your pre-ov temps are white circles - so perhaps they were elevated above what they normally would have done. So FF has prob drawn the coverline much higher than perhaps it would have done if those temps had been more normal? So I think you are in LP now ... just a waiting game now.

Lady BeeI have put on weight and I go through periods of being very tired and sleepign at a drop of a hat, but they normally coincide with stressful periods generally too. Maybe just worrying for nothing,but when the TCOYF Bible doesn't have 95 on the chart it was a bit concerning. I have been charting with FF.

Jaggythistle thanks for the advice too, I don't thnk there has been any other factors in getting low temps but am keeping an eye on it. A beady one!

Terry name came from having a complete block on my imagination when registering and as I was registering to join the conception thread in particular that was what popped into my head!

Interesting fact I read in TCOYF just now. She said that some cycles the fallopian tube fails to "scoop up" the released egg and if that happens then preg is not possible that cycle even with perfect timing.

Just helped me to understand a bit about why perfect timing doesn't always result in pregnancy - I never knew this could be one of the reasons (I know there are several others too) Just thought I would share.

nix it is pink grapefruit I've got! Remembered you guys mentioning it and I knew the other stuff was awful. DP tried it and said it's like moulten plastic haha!

Urgh back to work tomorrow :(. Weekends just aren't long enough and was up at 8am yesterday thanks to the sky engineer turning up early. Then spent the rest of the day at DPs nans stripping and decorating her house and making it so that she can live downstairs only after she returns from hospital. Busy busy busy!

Hi everyone, hope you're all well :) I'm going slightly crazy-I think I still haven't ovd. Temps are a bit higher but not much. Boo :(

nicks here I am. Bit of a strange one so far this month, had a huge temp dip really early and no sign of ov yet (although six highs on cbfm - I usually get three before a peak these days). So not really sure what's going on but hoping I'll get the cbfm peak tomorrow and the slight dip today might turn out to be one of the crosshairs!

Just popping in on my way to work so sorry not to name check.

Am feeling a bit down, I should have ov yesterday but no positive opk or temp rise. No positive opk today either and now I wont see DP until Friday so it looks like I am out of it till March as if I ov during the week, then I won't get to see DP during the week til March. I hate living apart. I feel crap and sad :(

battery sorry you haven't had ov confirmed, but you are still in with a good chance if you ovulate soon.

terrys I think it will happen for you soon too, just maybe a bit late this cycle. Keep going!

As for me, well I wouldn't mind some opinions on my chart. I took my temp this morning and expected to get my cross hairs as expected to be 3DPO - see my temp rise on CD19, inferring ov on CD18. FF drew cross hairs alright but in a place I didn't expect! Now suggesting I am 5DPO, and I am just not convinced. Why?? That makes most of my pre ov temps above the coverline. What do you think? Am tempted to ignore it and continue to believe I ov'd on CD18.
