Aaaarrrggh! I hate the 2ww!

I think I ovulated on CD19. Due to DH work commitments we only managed SWI once but that was on CD19. I know a BFP is still possible but we did only do it once.

It's too early to test but I have all my hopes of a BFP running through my head and symptom spotting. My body has been cruel in the past though and got my hopes up only for AF to appear.

However, this evening I am feeling quite nauseous and have had feelings like ligament pulling in my abdomen. Also slightly tender boobs.

I'm 8dpo and just want the next week to be over so I know!!!

Feel better for getting that out!

I've been watching this thread with interest for a few weeks now so thought I'd better say hello

I'm new to MN and quite new to TTC (#1) and my last 2ww turned into a 3ww before the red witch got me. Hopeful for this month, will be on the 2ww again very soon but for now hoping for lots of SWI

With AF being a week late (sort of, as still had some spotting earlier) I'm finding it impossible to know when ov is so DH just better be ready for a crazy next few weeks heh heh!

Hello! I'm due today or tomorrow..... have the sorest boobs in nato and am trying not to navel gaze on an epic scale! Day 14 of my temps being up and the temp was really high this morning (over 37c). What was that I said about navel gazing??

Hi everyone. Has been ages since I posted so hello to all those recently on the 2ww. Not my favourite time. If I had a 28 day cycle I would be due on Wednesday this week, and for once I think the witch is on her way on time - was very grumpy yesterday which is always A Sign of impending redness.

Think I really need to start temping as well, to try and understand if/when I am ovving. JRs do I just take my temp each morning at the same time? I always thought there was more to it, but reading other threads it sounds like thats all I need to do. Am I right as well that a temp spike may be due to ovulation?

I take mine every morning before I get out of bed or drink anything, usually as soon after I wake up as I can be bothered... I note it down and thats it!

Eesh, ERTD is due a week today - I'm sure I've felt a bit nauseous the last couple of mornings, and I'm sure my boobs are a bit big... or maybe it's all in my head and I just need to calm down...!

Larus - hello again! I do the same as JRs re temping. Take it as soon as I wake up before I get out of bed.

Hello everyone, still waiting...... I think my temp was down this morning but then forgot to take it before I got out of bed etc so although I got back into bed for 10 mins I'm not sure it's giving an accurate description as I kow it divebombs when I get up, anyone? Any thoughts? Other than that I have a slight sore lower back but no other symptoms, I'd say the boobs have actually subsided slightly and I don't feel so "periody" as I did.

I'm pretty sure I o'd on the 2nd or 3rd Jan, temp rose on the 4th from about 36.5 to 36.7 and then up from there, so I'm definately getting on for late. If nothing happens I'll go into town Friday after work and acquire a test.

So, so hard not to get too hopeful, its been 15 months and I'm pretty sure this is the latest I've been. Still, if it's not I guess we just carry on!

Forget the last.... looks like the witch is coming in to land, rats!!!!!!

I'm going to try to hold out until I'm at least a week late - so another 2 weeks. That's my plan anyway, let's see how self-disciplined I turn out to be...!

Hello late, hold out, hold out! I'm feeling a bit rubbish but not as rubbish as I would have done if I allowed myself to be properly hopefull and done a test!!! Something so utterly cr*p about that BFN!!!!

3 days to go and I have cramps and sore boobs, looks like I'm comin' on early. Bummer.
Roll on CD1... I guess I would have had to be pretty lucky if I'd managed it on my very first cycle

Well today I have a +OPK, loads of EWCM (sorry TMI!) and a peak on my CBFM. If that's not a sign of impending ovulation, I don't know what is! I just have to get DH in the mood tonight so I'm cooking him his favourite tea. Bless him, he's got to the "I'm not a machine", "You only want me for my sperm" and "Can't we just have sex because we want to" stage

I'm still trying to work out all the shortened versions of things you girls use on here, so forgive me for being a bit confused haha!

I'm in that terrible waiting faze too. My periods have been quite irregular so it's been difficult to calculate ovulation. Since this is our first, we've been having sex every day.

I'm should be due to come on my period on Friday (if it's a normal cycle). I've had really sore boobs for about a week now, but I'm also getting some period type cramps.

I really hope I don't come on my period, and I'm so impatient to find out.

My P Tracker app says I should come on tomorrow so I suppose I just have a few anxious days ahead of me, being hyper-aware of every possible 'symptom' and trying to guess what it means! Am I feeling nauseous, am I not, am I feeling period cramps or am I not, are my boobs all big & sensitive or are they not - I just can't tell anymore!

I tell you, if DH has managed to get me up the duff TTC#1 Cycle 1 I don't think I'll ever hear the end of it!

My period type cramps seem to be getting worse, I think it's only a matter of days now....

As for me, I think I've ovulated today - CD18. My temp should show the shift tomorrow. SWI on CD13 and CD 16 so not sure if that will be enough. I am feeling really low today though for no reason, which is quite unusual for me at this time of the month. Is that a symptom?! Oh no, that pesky 2ww is here again!

When is AF due essence? I think I ov'd yesterday or mon, so we could be 2ww/testing/symptom spotting buddies if you like . AF due 10 Feb (but hopefully not, thinking positively at all times).

Aaargh. AF due on Saturday, but I seem to be having a LOT of early preg. symptoms - dizziness, nausea, food aversions (fish and seafood is normally my staple diet, but for the past few days the very thought of turns my stomach), gasiness, extreme thirst, really tired, vivid dreams (though that may be just a reflection of my mental state - last night I dreamt I went to my doctor about these symptoms and he wanted to do a pregnancy test but I wouldn't let him because I was too scared it would negative!).

Was going to hold out, but I think I may have to test tomorrow because I'm driving myself (and everyone around me) completely crazy!

katieepie - AF is due for me 7th Feb so we're pretty close!
