Glittering seductively in the evening sun, crewed by swarthy slaves, waited on hand and foot by bare-chested manservants bearing a rudimentary form of gin.

We have golden temples decorated with hieroglyphs for sacrificial offerings (and woo from the soothsayers) if required, and The Pit is full of asses? milk.

So, put on your eye make-up that goes out as far as your ears and jewellery so weighty it leaves dents in your head and step out to survey the peasants on the banks.

Yes sunny, please expand upon symptoms. I never had the implantation bleed, but I did have such severe cramps I chastised myself for wasting money on a stick...

InTheSunshine · 27/11/2010 10:46

I think punching people in the face is they way forward. For most things really.

AlpinePony · 27/11/2010 10:52

I'm afraid I'm not a charter or user - but your symptoms sound very suspicious. What about your pant snot situation? Go to the kitchen and sniff some garlic - what's your reaction?

InTheSunshine · 27/11/2010 11:02

Not sure on pant snot I tend not to get much anyway. Smelt garlic i actually went and smelt it. Smells like garlic. Did not heave or anyfink

AlpinePony · 27/11/2010 11:10

There's only one thing for it. You're going to have to start a thread entitled "Am I pregnant?". Wink

Ivegotmrbitey · 27/11/2010 11:27

I can't open the chart for some reason? ladygaga is expert though so hoefilly she will brave it through the snow and have a squizz. Sounds good though, and I am loving garlic Hmm
I have spent the morning balanced on a step ladder searching for my warm coat in the attic, I couldn't find the torch so did it all by the flickering glow of cigarette lighter. FDH most alarmed until I informed him ladders are fine as long as one doesn't carry a fruitcake Wink coat was in wardrobe all along by the way Blush

Ivegotmrbitey · 27/11/2010 11:28

Hoefilly is a typo but IMO a happy accident and is going to be my word for the day.

InTheSunshine · 27/11/2010 11:31

Alpine Why didn't I do that sooner!! I would obv know by now.

InTheSunshine · 27/11/2010 11:33

X post Bitey Grin at hoefilly & fruitcake

rocketleaf · 27/11/2010 11:36

Hoefilly, a promiscuous female horse? Or perhaps one with an agricultural implement attached to it.

sunshine that just takes me to my chart, did you post the link to "Myhomepage" or copy the link when you are looking at your own?

InTheSunshine · 27/11/2010 11:44

does this work thanks Rocket

rocketleaf · 27/11/2010 12:18

Yup that works, sunnyd did you also say you had spotting on day 9? Liking the look of the spike on day 10 but really you won't know for a day or 2 assuming you have a 14 day luteal phase. Is this your first month temping? Basically if you aren't diffed the you should expect a temp drop in the next 2 days, if tempts still high on monday then I would very gentle suggest WIAR

Are you also posting on Charters anon? Don't want to hijack this thread and there are far more experienced charters over there including ladyg who will be able to advise you.

LadyGoneGaga · 27/11/2010 13:11

Back from dropping MiniG with his Father. And braved Mothercare for a Christmas shop. Could be, could be Sunshine - can't be sure as you don't know your luteal phase length. My charts both looked triphasic by day 12 when pg but they don't all do that. Wait and see is my rather unhelpful advice. Fingers crossed for you.

AlpinePony · 28/11/2010 09:07

Well I was going to POAS this morning as am either 10 or 12DPO and what's the point of internet cheapies if not to taunt you? But, up with the baby at 4:30 and forgot. Up again at 8 and forgot. Twat. Haven't got any symptoms either apart from rage at jb - but I think that's unrelated and because HE IS A TWAT.

sunshine What about you? I think we're roughly the same stage of our cycle aren't we?

InTheSunshine · 28/11/2010 10:48

Morning hags. Went to an engagement party last night - one of my oldest friends who lives in NYC but came back home for her party. Her fiancée is a right oddball, I was lost for words and that rarely happens!

Alpine I'm trying to stay away from the sticks today - am sure droid is on it's way today or tomorrow. Why the rage? Getting up at 4.30 alone would give me the rage so hats off to you Smile

PrincessBoo · 28/11/2010 10:49

Ello laydeez. Nothing to report here. Sechs is planned this week but today I'll mostly be cooking a big brunch and listing some things on ebay

Am enjoying everyones graphs and ting, maybe if I don't get diffed this cycle I'll go out and buy a thermometer in the January sales, to celebrate a whole year of trying (albeit half heartedly some months).

We have a had a slight dusting of snow but was hoping to be buliding snowmen and sledging this weekend, instead it's due to hit us during the week and be worst on Wednesday when we had planned a trip to IKEA. Bah.

milanomum · 28/11/2010 14:54

sunnies I haff no idea whatsoever about graphs but have fingers crossed for you.
alps you FORGOT!!?? you is obviously updiffed.
boozy I'll join you in the temping from Jan as feel the need for some extra-obsession and control freakery.

CD1 here. Am very zen because have major piss up planned in 2 weeks for a friend's wedding so all very convenient this month. Just this month though. Will be using preseed, eating pollen, drinking grapefruit juice and shagging every fucking day for a week in exactly 10 days time. Be warned.
I like newly-coined 'hoefilly' but in a kind of 'fuck off you hoefilly' way. Might try it out.

Truffkin · 28/11/2010 16:10

Yo hags, after nicely painless 3 day droid am having a wonderful lazy day snowed in at our hotel. Luckily it has foitball on TV and a fabulous chef so we've enjoyed roast beef & yorkshire pudding, followed by sticky toffee pudding and I'm now indulging in a baileys hot chocolate.

We've decided to carry on as normal for this month, as TGB wisely says we shouldn't put things on hold to fit in with other people's plans. Next droid would be due on Boxing Day so will be interesting!

HorseyNana POAFS already, you can add forgetfulness to your symptom list. The stupidly early morning thing is definitely an upside to being child free for now.

Milano loving the zen. Would try to join you but I know it won't work. Will enjoy it from a distance!

PrincessBoo · 28/11/2010 16:31

I am so Envy at you and TGB in your hotel de lush cuisine Truffs. Sunday dinner today chez Boo consists of left over chinese food from last night (although very nice it is too, fabulous place in Malvern with no msg. marvellous).

InTheSunshine · 28/11/2010 17:01

Fuckity fuck. No win this month hags. Will try to take a leaf out of Momma's book and stay zen.

Boo I like the whole temping thing, makes me feel like I know what my body is doing

Truff your hotel and Sunday dinner sounds beaut.

kat2504 · 28/11/2010 18:26

Sorry about droid shiny hope your zen plan is going well.

How is it possible to forget to poas? I have to wait till wednesday at earliest (11dpo) and I assure you if I even last that long I won't forget!

Seem to have spent half the weekend watching kiddy flicks with boyfriends son, nice and relaxing and didn't cry at end of toy story 3 this time!

milanomum · 28/11/2010 22:11

sunshine have some gin. I have been belting red wine into me all weekend

kat I cry at EVERYthing. Haven't seen TS3 but I know I'd cry.

Alps this is an official reminder that you need to piar tomorrow morning. The universe depends on it.

Anyone up for mud-wrestling?

milanomum · 28/11/2010 22:13
