Hi all
I didn't want to hop on a bus because i'm not really aiming for a specific month to have a baby in so i thought i'd start a general "trying to conceive a 2011 baby" and see if anyone wants to join me :D

it truly hasnt sunk in yet, i am still in a bit of a dreamlandy type shock about it! thank you for all your lovely wishes Smile

no symptoms at all at the mo (weird given that i had loads last week!). Boobies are fine and no sicky feeling (though with DS that didnt come for about 7 weeks)

Got my GP appointment booked for tomorrow so am all systems go!

Congrats summer

I'm 4 days late (given my longest cycle has been 32 days in the last year).

Sorry if TMI, but been spotting since Monday. POAS this evening and BFN. I bet AF will arrive with vengeance anytime. I'm Sad and Confused. Why does my body decide to play up while TTC? Angry

Hope you're all well,

well in the fraggle household things have been rather annoying! You may remember that I pulled my neck, when that got better I thought YAY SWI here we come! I now have an infection and the doctor has said no sex for a week!
DAMN IT!!

WHy oh why!? I think the universe is conspiring against me and DH!

So looks like no baby for us this month, it's our first month so it's ok, I don't knwo how others try for years, i'm struggling and it's been 3 weeks!!!

Well my boobs are mega sore, woohoo I love symptoms!! And I havnt slept properly for almost a week now.

Lol summer! You will regret it if you end up with sickness! I get the odd wave of nausea but not been sick yet :).
Have you told anyone? We told my parents and that's it for now. well DP couldn't shut his gob yesterday and told his friend at work. Just want time to hurry up so we get to the 12 week scan hehe xx

we have told DP's mum and step dad, my parents are coming over to stay tomorrow so we will def tell them then (only because my mother will try to ply me with gin and wine!!!)

i am dying to tell people but am holding back a bit this time - i say that but i reckon the world and its wife will know by monday!!!

hope the scan is before 21 March (although that is only 10 weeks) as DH starts a new job then and we dont want to mess around with a half day off again, but then again i dont want to go on my own Confused

I was hoping my scan was around that date. Cant wait to see the midwife on Wednesday to discuss things.
I bet they were so pleased with the news. Your parents will be thrilled tomorrow too. I really want to tell people but I'm just really scared until I've had the scan.

weimy this will be your month so you will have sore boobs too :). Not enjoying the cramps and back ache tho lol. When do you think you will OV then? We tried every other day but SWI 2days in a row just before OV but not the day of OV. Xx

Hiya all! Been down in London for a couple of days... Saw a friend who has just got pregnant after trying for two years with endemerriosis and found out she was pregnant the day the IVF forms arrived! So brilliant and puts my whining about late af in perspective really... I feel humbled...

So, how is everyone? Iwish and summer I've been very excited to read your updates, I'm living vicariously through your gps appointments! It all sounds brilliant, and so exciting to start sharing the news with family and friends.

Weimy hang on in there with the boredom, at the rate I'm going you're likely to catch me up and overtake me... CD42 today and counting...

Mslk so sorry to hear AF came but sending positive February vibes to you and also to you Fraggle, you poor thing! In the mean time girls knock back a tequila and save one for me... I'm pretty darn sure it can't be too long before I'm joining you!

all booked in - the GP was lovely he was v chuffed for me! Apparantly as it is my second i dont get all the gumph on Emma's Diary etc (prob a good thing as it was all tosh anyway!) Got my hosp referral all sorted out and he is sending off my prescription exemption cert. Need to make a MW appt in a few weeks so all systems go!

Creeping myself out a little - don't laugh too much. But I've got a strawberry yoghurt and the pieces of strawberry are making me want to heave. Is it rational for me to want to have my yoghurt sived lol. Grin

summer that's fab that your docs appt went ok. We won't be far off eachothers dates! I think working off LMP on 40 weeks my date will be 7th October.

I've finally managed to get an appointment with my GP for monday. Hopefully should have answers by the end of next week. AF now 9 days overdue and no sign.

Hiya!

How is everyone? Just checking in while eh monopolises the telly watching the rugby! How is everyone? I've had a nice Friday... Definitely nesting... I made some curtains! Dont tell anyone but Sometimes I like to imagine all the lovely ways I could decorate a nursery in my head... I pretty much have paints and fabric swatches picked out... Oh dear...

I had a thought today, maybe my funny crampy feelings I thought were implantation were actually very late ovulation... That would make me 10dpo which isn't too mad... So if af doesn't arrive I'm going to test next Wednesday, hopefully that should avoid too many more dissapointing bfns.

Unicorn, glad to hear you got your appointment, will wait to hear your news!

Iwish, I will never look at strawberry yoghurt in the same way, hope you're well and happily preggers!

Hi unicorn when was the last time you did a test?

Hi milly yeh your cramps could have been OV. I seem to get cramps on OV day. then a different type of cramp up to af lol. Ill be stalking this thread waiting for you to test :). What cycle day did you get the cramps?
I'm ok thanks, boobs are nice and sore which is reassuring and I'm quite tired!

Last tested on monday but DP is sick of me spending money on them for them not to work. plus we're skint atm so taking sample in for testing to doctors appointment as well as requesting blood test if that comes back neg. I really believe i'm pg it just needs the test to show it.
talking of being tired I just fell asleep in the bath and DP had to come and wake me up and that isn't normal for me. In fact the last time I fell asleep in the bath was when pg with DS.
