Hi all
I didn't want to hop on a bus because i'm not really aiming for a specific month to have a baby in so i thought i'd start a general "trying to conceive a 2011 baby" and see if anyone wants to join me :D

2ww Boooo! Symptom spotting Booooo!:) Anyone due to poas? I think I am 6dpo not due on until the 28th and I don't think I will test until I am late,( don't think I will be I have decided next month is my month!).

Shuffle pup has been an angel today and even brought me a tasty rotten apple she found on her walk when I called her back to me! And her poor retrieval skills are partly what got me so mad the other day!

lol Shuffle i will be your coach! i got some 10mlu pg tests with my opks which are the most sensitive tests. which ones have you got? You must have some will power not POAS before AF is due! im planning on testing at 10/11 dpo!!

Weimy You must have will power too! i think i POAS 3 times last month and about 4 the month before lol! i only had a 11 day LP last month so i fugure i should wait but id have to hide the tests from myself, ive got about 15 of them! Nope not being a sex pest now, DP will be surfing the internet for a chastity belt for men
I hope this is your month, it often happens when you least expect it.

aaargh i wish my usual symptoms after OV woulod bugger off and give me chance to symptom spot! i get sore boobs and cramps from OV and its so damn annoying!!

Managed to DTD Tuesday, so hoping we timed it right as all fertile signs have now vanished. So that puts me in the 2WW, just waiting for FF to confirm I OV'd.

Going to try and keep busy and not symptom spot but already feel things are active in the right area, IYKWIM. Had these feeling 1st cycle too so not getting my hopes up.

morning Iwish Just had a bit of a moment on the charters thread, not sure my chart shows i'm in working order

oi oiii - i lost you sex pests (thread disappeared from my list!).

anyway i was awol because me and DH have been SWI like rabbits - 6 times in the space of 8 days!! by the last time we were knackered!! I was a definite advocate of the sex pests!

Anyway i am now 3DPO and on the dreaded 2WW . DH Laughed at me this morning as i said 'oo i am convinced my boobs are sensitive/hard/sore' i swore i wouldnt do this but i am obsessive symptom spotting already!

I bought a decaff latte in honour of the 2WW this morning and it was nothing like the real thing

Anyway - need to catch up on everyone's updates but am at work at mo so will catch you all later

I drink caffeine free coffee and tea at home all the time, have been for about 5 months and it's not too bad but I have to say I never buy from coffee shops.

I am symptom spotting now too, dpo 7 and sore boobs and funny cramps, but it was like this last cycle too.Iwish no will power here it's all talk!!!But I am pretty sure I am out this month not upset tho I'm sleeping badly worrying about taking my temp and I think my chart is total fabrication!

Hi everyone, it's so reassuring to hear I am not the only 1 going mad symptom spotting! lol It was so much easier with DD as she was a wonderful surprise, no worry of cycles and ovulation etc, to obsess over!

hello hope you don't mind me joining in i am TTC #2 i have 2yo ds and didnt want a big age gap. its only our second cycle but also our last as dp is leaving for 8mths with the army.

AF is also due on the 28th but wont be testing until 29th lol.im slightly crazy with symptom spotting too only thing i can boast about is slightly sore boobs but its probably just my imagination.

so here's to every one having babies in 2011!!

I've been feeling a bit sicky and crampy today. And feeling even more sicky now. Didn't get this last cycle but did get the flu instead. But did feel like this the 1st cycle. The silly thing is I still don't know for sure if I have actually OV'd.

25babalou effyzm welcome! Funny we are all due ertd at the same time lol I am ttc 1 and mid 30s (boo!)this is my second cycle of ttc.

Hi effy AF is due on the 27th if I have a middle of the road cycle, but could just as easily be 2 or 3 days either side?! Which is not much help

Looks like there are good few of us al due AF around the same sort of time thought

Hi all just checking in quickly so forgive if I don't namecheck individually, DS has been up since 5am, now questioning why we are TTC!
I'm trying not to think about testing and just want to wait and see but we'll see how long my willpower holds! Not long now though so fingers crossed.

Hi, hope it's ok to pitch in, we also have a (nearly) 2 year DD and are ttc. Like several of you here, af due on 28th as well and I'm trying to hang on and resist the urge to take tests that I know will be negative at this stage

OH is hugely stressed with work and it's difficult to be in the same room at the same time at the moment, let alone dtd at the right time

Have sore boobs at the moment, but have had a small girl clambering all over me so could just be a bit bruised lol. Also, can't really remember when/what symptoms I had last time, so it was only when a friend raised her eyebrows when my DD leant on my chest again that made me wonder-now, obviously, I can't stop obsessing

hey effyzm yeah probs will test on 29th but hopefully will wait till the 30th unless AF arrives in the meantime. This is my 1st cycle and don't want to get in to the habit of compulsive POAS just yet, although not sure if i will have the will power xx

Yes I will try to hold off until the 29th if ertd does not get me before that.It seems a really long way off though, felt very queasy this morning tho it has eased off now. I was like this last time and think it is anxiety, as I am blatently kidding myself about not having my hopes up.

I'm trying really hard to stick to my plan of not poas till 29th as well, but have some cheap tests that I'm looking at thinking 'well, they're only cheap, I'll just get some more'! Of course because they're the cheap ones they're probably as much use as a chocolate tea pot for early testing :o

Anyone know where I can go to get some willpower?

Weimy i dont envy the poo picking up! we were going to get a puppy but decided against it, i love dogs, they are so loving but will make do with seeing my mums dogs.

AF is due for me 29th i think so looks like we will all be holding hands wishing next week! im going to try and not test until thursday, if i can wait that long, im only 6dpo but already thinking to myself that implantation will happen in the next few days so have been drinking pineapple juice like its going out of fashion!

I didn't know about the pineapple juice-I think I'm 7 or 8dpo (variable cycle!)-is there a time limit or shall I run to the local shop now? :o
