Do temps surge on the actual day of ov, or does the temp rise confirm that ov happened at some point before the temp rise? I'll check tcoyf, if there's a delay before the rise you might be ok..... Your boss sounds like an arse good for you not telling here where to shove her coffee. Did you tell her that decaf is way better for you irrespective of whether you're updiffed?? izz Interesting what you were saying about keeping warm-my acu also says similar but in particular that you should avoid ice cream and ice in drinks, and you shouldn't eat anything cold on an empty stomach eh you should have a hot drink before eating cereal
