Right, it's stopped, I can risk going outside (I'm not very tall, so don't want to risk it in the rain) I think my hamster wheel is calling. I'm hoping it might bring on af, as I think she's not going to let me enjoy my weekend drinking wine, I know she'll hold of her visit till Sunday, just to P**s me off, hey ho.

Due to a power outage, only one paramedic responded to the call. The house was very, very dark, so the paramedic asked Kathleen, a 3-year-old girl, to hold a flashlight high over her Mommy so he could see while he helped deliver the baby. Very diligently, Kathleen did as she was asked. Heidi pushed and pushed, and after a little while Connor was born.
The paramedic lifted him by his little feet and spanked him on his bottom. Connor began to cry.
The paramedic then thanked Kathleen for her help and asked the wide-eyed 3-year old what she thought about what she had just witnessed.

Kathleen quickly responded, "He shouldn't have crawled in there in
the first place......... smack his bottom again.

boom boom

Re: that thread. Love Strike's idea. I tend not to look at those one's because it's all the same bulls*. Same people, different subjects, same outcome. To humiliate certain people, try to make out that they are the in clique! Lol as you can see those particular threads rub me up the wrong way, or is it just certain peeps there? Hmmmm. .

HellKat · 09/09/2005 16:55

I'm great ta. Been on lots (for a change) just today had the joy of being a domestic goddess lol.

Now, this is funny!!!

I, the Penis, hereby request a raise in salary for the following reasons:
*I do physical labor.
*I work at great depths.
*I plunge head first into everything I do.
*I do not get weekends or public holidays off.
*I work in a damp environment.
*I work in a dark workplace that has poor ventilation.
*I work in high temperatures.
*My work exposes me to contagious diseases.

Dear Penis,

After assessing your request, and considering the arguments you have raised, the administration rejects your request for the following reasons:

*You do not work 8 hours straight.
*You fall asleep after brief work periods.
*You do not always follow the orders of the management team.
*You do not stay in your designated area and are often seen visiting other locations.
*You do not take initiative--you need to be pressured and stimulated in order to start working.
*You leave the workplace rather messy at the end of your shift.
*You don't always observe necessary safety regulations, such as wearing the correct protective clothing.
*You will retire well before you are 65.
*You are unable to work double shifts.
*You sometimes leave your designated work area before you have completed the assigned task.
*And if all this is not enough, you have been seen constantly entering and exiting the work place carrying two suspicious-looking bags.

i liked this one

Aging Mildred was a 93 year old woman who was particularly
despondent over the recent death of her husband Earl.
She decided that she would just kill herself and join
him in death.
Thinking that it would be best to get it over with quickly,
she took out Earl's old Army pistol and made the decision
to shoot herself in the heart since it was so badly
broken in the first place.
Not wanting to miss the vital organ and become a vegetable
and burden to someone, she called her doctor's office
to inquire as to just exactly where the heart would
be.
"On a woman," the doctor said, "your heart would be
just below your left breast."
Later that night, Mildred was admitted to the hospital
with a gunshot wound to her knee.

This one had me in tears lmao! Sounds like how my booies will be!

It was the old woman one lmao. I nearly spat out coffee reading that.

strike1 · 09/09/2005 16:59

Diddle, feeling frustrated at the mo (no not like that) I totally know what you and LL went through over the last few months. It's not so much that it hasn't worked this month, it's that I don't know for sure. I'm supposed to be going on a girls night out tomorrow and was all prepared to make my non drinking excuses, but now I don't know what to do. It sounds silly but I don't see this lot often and a glass (or two) of wine with dinner would be great, but until I know for sure I'm not risking it cause that's what happened before and when I had the m/c I felt awful. But if af turns up on sunday I shall have a right go at her!

Sorry to rant about something a silly as wine (I'm not obsessed honest!)

strike1 · 09/09/2005 17:02

PMSL at old lady boobs!

HellKat · 09/09/2005 17:02

Strike- In all honesty, a glass or two is'nt going to due any damage if you are. How many times have women conceived after getting lashed and had no effects to the baby. Once you know you're pg, that's a different matter. Just have a wonderful time, and if it turns out you are pg, then look at it as you enjoyed your last glass of vino whilst having a fab time.

strike1 · 09/09/2005 17:05

Cheers HK! Right now I really am off to run about. speak to you all later lovely ladies
