Whoops! Whilst typing this, you started another thread! Ah, well, here it is again!

Afternoon all!

LL- hi-ya! What a pair we are today, both feeling down Sorry you didn't enjoy your Virgin Vie party. Doesn't help when PG ladies gatecrash your "me" time! There were 2 PG ladies on my night out too. One is a very good friend and I didn't mind seeing her. But the other isn't such a good friend. When she rang to tell me about the arrangments for last night, she understandably starting tellin gme allabout her pregnancy, so I told her I had had a MC expecting her to stop talking about her baby. But no, she didn't. She said" oh dear thats sad. But let me tell you more about me...blah blah bloody blah!!!" So, I had nothing to say to her last night. Don't get me wrong, I don't wish bad on her, I hope everything goes well and her baby is fine, but I just don't want to hear all about it. She decided to ask everyone at the table last night what they thought the sex of her baby would be. Every one said a girl, so I thought I'd say a boy, to be facetious! Sorry rant over...

thanks fro all your support (again!) and kind words. I think it does me good to let it all out once in a while.

Just thought she was a bit insensitive. If I were in her shoes (Oh, how I wish I was!) I wouldn't have gone on and on about my pregnancy, I would have been a bit more tactful.

Diddle · 08/09/2005 13:49

Me too - she sounds like a right pain. How thoughtless. She is obviously totally self obsessed.

I really should go and do some house work. Picking boys up from school in n hour and haven't done a thing all day -i'm so terrible! Mind you all this chatting is stopping me eating so thats a good thing!

I'm bored....

Can't be bothered to do anything...

I did clear out my kitchen cupboards this morning, wash up, do 3 loads of washing and hang them out, tidy through living room and still found time to chat, so I think I deserve to do nothing for a while.

Coathanger · 08/09/2005 14:06

Last post was a bit of a contradiction, wasn't it. Thought I had done nothing ll day, but having thought about it I had

Diddle · 08/09/2005 14:10

CH - sounds like you've had a very busy day, and i've done nothing. Even found time to type and eat and watch tv. found a good fim on True movies on sky. i'm glued to it. A young girl has been raped by her moms boyfriend and now shes pregnant.

Great new Thread Diddle! Please please please let this be ours!!! And of course to everyone else!
I totally agree with what u said Diddle, this thread is to be yourself no matter how you are feeling!
i'm leaving behind my thougths of my possible M/C on the other thread. It's over now so i can concentrate on this thread being positive for me! So all thoughts of that are staying there and not going to creep up again! well thats my plan at the moment!
Ooohh, feeling much better now!

I just went for lunch at a friend from work, she has a few days holiday so she invited me round for lunch! She did me a lovely cheese, tom and lettuce roll! Very yummy! Also had some lemonade with frozen strawberries in! So yummy and such a novel idea! By the time you've drank the the lemonade the strawberries defrost and they taste so yummy! Feeling very lifted now!

Lottielou · 08/09/2005 14:15

Ohhhhh I love new threads, they fill me with new hope.

GOOD LUCK GIRLS!!!!!!

Hope you feel ok soon CH. Put on a sad song and have a really good wail, maybe try my screaming into the wardrobe trick I mentioned a few weeks ago, works wonders for me! It's a bit little the primal scream theory, but toned down and sound deaded but clothes....so the neighbours don't think you mad

Lottielou · 08/09/2005 14:37

Strike - LOL at screaming, V good idea! Hows you? x

strike1 · 08/09/2005 15:02
