Must agree, Fertility Friend is fab. I've clocked up more points from over zealous spotting though than I ever got both times i was pregnant. I think this time I had about 60 or so. mummyA FF has spoken so AF must be coming or you are upduffed. I feel your pain, I nearly lost my mind after my first MC with a 10 week cycle so can't imagine how you are keeping it together, its so frustrating!

Izzy your cheerleading services will be required lots from now on!

RG no idea about clomid or being scanned for folicles but hopefully someone else will have some advice soon for you

getawiggleon · 21/09/2010 21:45

Hairy Huge, huge congratulations! Lovely news. Wishing you lots of sticky-in-the-right-place-dust. :)

Izzy I can see it now, looks great, I notice your great restraint on the OPK's- I would have broken out a batch by now!

caribou thanks, if you call spending every waking moment on MN/FF "keeping it together" then I am doing great! GrinConfused Hope you are feeling OK, Love to you and yours xxx

Hello ReallyG it wouldnt be impossible would it? Fx for you xxx

LadyBee · 21/09/2010 22:47

Hi all

Hairy sent congrats on another thread but just repeating my huge Grin for you.

My AF turned up today -so prediction was a little out but not much. Felt sad but mostly vindicated that I recognised my own ovulation even when CBFM got confused by international travel.
Just got to hope that MIL's visit doesn't stop our SWI action this cycle Hmm
Hairy am noting your BFP - hooray!

A week of PMT, oh joy.

Who wants to play with the new personal message thang.....

Hey CONGRATULATIONS Hairy :) :) Thats great news!!

HOw do you feel? what early symptoms have you?

I'm CD21 today, and full of the cold :( BUT had a cold in early preggo with DD, so fingers crossed it means something!

Also getting myself ready for the wet fish slappathon which is surely heading my way..

Hi again to everyone, Seems Im a more of a lurker than a chatter.. :o

KnitterNotTwitter · 22/09/2010 12:13

congratulations hairy - definitely glad I logged back on for that. and fingers crossed it'll end up in the right place

ladybee sorry your AF turned up - although as you say good news that you were in tune with your body re ovulations etc...

I also shoud confess that I deserve a quick fish-slap.. did a test this morning. Nothing but I wasn't really expecting there to be as its still 7 days before AF is due (assuming she's running to schedule and not diverted due to the two random bleeds I've had this month!!) So feel free to chuck a cod or two my way.... :)

hairytriangle · 22/09/2010 12:39

thank you all :)

"How do you feel? what early symptoms have you?"

I feel ecstatic and terrified at the same time!

I have had sore boobs (but often get them in the luteal phase) - but this time my areaolas (sp) look kind of puffed up.

I've had definate left side twinges, I have a few spots (more than I'd normally have at this time of the month), I feel vaguely nauseaous but that could well be excitement/dread.

PrettyVacant1 · 22/09/2010 13:20

< Lifts top and pokes areolas >
HmmHmmHmm

Knitter before I crawled out of my pit this morning I did think of PO that lonely stick patiently waiting in the bathroom.
I then checked my app thang and it had far too many days till the ikkle red smudge for R2D2ness. Blush

In other news Sheffeild seemed to have forgotten about me.
The last time they sent me a prize was, oooo, 5 weeks ago.
For those not in the know of Vacant dramatisations...
Since the Molar in Jan I've had to pee in a tiny tube and post it back to Sheffield Hospital weekly.
Every week I wrote a little note on the back of my info(they did ask!)that I was TTC and seeing as my levels had been normal for 6 months would they politely bugger off with their padded envelopes.
I think they've got the hint. Grin

Ooh am a ickle bit hungover today as was out with a friend in town last night and we got a tad over-excited .....
Been AWOL for a few days as had family over at the weekend and took a lot of pre prep and a lot of post clearing up!

Enough of that boring stuff . .... ..

HAIRY!!! Woot-woot! That's full-on feckin' fantastic news. Congrats! Am superly-dooperly made up for you.

Sillyness · 22/09/2010 16:44

Hairy thanks fantastic news! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy for you!
Grin

kat2504 · 22/09/2010 17:05

hairy am soooo pleased to hear your brilliant news. Have my fingers firmly crossed for a very uneventful and very sticky pregnancy for you!

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 22/09/2010 18:24

Afternoon all! Is everyone still buzzing from hairy's good news? Grin

ladybee -sorry AF got you, fingers crossed that this cycle's the one for you x

Seems like we've got some encouraging symptoms from PV , sunchild and knitter - would be lovely to get some more good news this month. Feel honour-bound to fish-slap knitter though....

appleblossoms · 22/09/2010 19:15

PrettyV make sure you don't get caught doing that Wink

hairy i'm still so pleased for you! When are you seeing the doc? Hope he says and does encouraging and supportive things.

I agree with Izzy ... this should definitely be the month of good news. yep yep yep. BFP's all round me thinks... or at least for a few more of us.

naughty knitter we all know testing that early is a pointless exercise. I would never do that myself....nope...never..not even twice in one month once :)

Hope you're all having a good day. My OPKs are still saying no to SWI...so decided we should practice instead. You know what they say, practice makes perfect! So hopefully when the OPKs turn positive I'll be all ready and pass the 'big test' two weeks later! ha! if only it worked like that!

Jamface · 22/09/2010 19:29

Congratulations hairy, what wonderful news! Grin

MummyAbroad · 22/09/2010 20:09

Hi All,

PV Glad you dont have to do pee parcels anymore. Shame there isnt a more worthy ending to all that though, where is the fanfare and certificate for making it through?? Cant have been easy, well done you.xxx

Izzy, aaaahh, that explains everythingGrin You really are covering all the bases arent you? You will be able to write excellent reviews on what products work when you do get your BFP Grin

apple great plan Smile get studying for that test!Wink

knitter testing at 7DPO? positively stoic compared to me!

I am still testing everyday, BFP again. Feeling really down about how this mc has lasted (5 months, 22 days) and starting to worry that I am neither pregnant nor about to get AF but that something is wrong.. Sad Forgot to take my temperature today, mumble mumble groan complain.

hairytriangle · 22/09/2010 20:21

Epu says I'll get an early scan :)
hoping for gp appointment after the weekend

MummyAbroad · 22/09/2010 20:27

Good news Hairy! Smile Smile Will that be an 8 week scan? or earlier? xxx

Wobblewatcher · 22/09/2010 20:41

Have ordered some pregnancy tests and ovulation kits off access diagnostics-so cheap!!!

hairy good news about the scan!!

mummyabroad sorry about the BFP's still. You just want to be able to get on don't you? This happened to me after my mmc, kept having positives and it did my head in!

Feeling a bit moody tonight, it's my hormones plus being on a diet and not being able to smoke due to getting ready to TTC. Had some wine but it was disgusting cheap crap. Moan over!!!

nickstermum · 22/09/2010 20:51

Evenin all :)

lady we could be cycle buddies... except yours will prob last 6 days and mine a shocking 2 weeks! Sorry the droid got you ;(

MummyA What have the rubbish CR NHS had to say? Are there any further tests you could have done?
Or a laporoscapy or hormone checks or anything? Is it just your body taking a while to get back to normal perhaps?

YAY hairy thats great news. good for you to get some reassurance. Happy mummy, happy baby!

I for one am back in the very same hotel as last week, same room, same bed! Feeling a bit better, still very grumpy tho and have a monstrous day tomorrow :( heres looking forward to the weekend :)

MummyAbroad · 22/09/2010 20:55

Hey wobble, enjoy your purchase, its much more fun when you know you have 20 more in the cupboard...Grin

Actually its a BFP (pregnancy) that I want. I had a mmc in March, but it took months of medical mis management to clear my uterus and then a month after being clear the placental cells regrew and I had to have an emergency ERPC. Luckily lab tests showed the regrowth wasnt molar or I would have been on strong chemo immediately (had a lump in the lung too, which made them think it was molar at an advanced stage, but it turned out to be unrelated) Anyway thats why my mc lasted so long - still waiting for first AF but am TTC now, so it could (please please please) be a BFP. Feeling a bit down today because it seems that in my case everything that could go wrong did, and I am worried that the bad luck might continue... FF.com says AF is due today but there is no sign at all...testing everyday and its always BFP.. whats going on with my bleedin body???

nickstermum · 22/09/2010 20:58

wobble whats access diagnostics? any cheapies, details please? Thanks :)

MamaPower · 22/09/2010 21:52

Hairy great news on the early scan Smile

MA sorry your having a shite day. Hope that it is either a BFP, ideally Smile or that AF shows its ugly head soon. They should be able to do some blood tests to check your hormone levels and then correct it I would have thought?

Is it wrong that having worked my ass off swimming and then at Aqua I came home and munched half a packet of Jaffa cakes?! Grin Grin

Waves to all x

nickstermum · 22/09/2010 22:00

mumA sounds to me like you have had your run of bad luck and should be due some good news by now Grin

Mamap - nope - i eat the jaffa cakes and dont bother with the exercise...only i would gladly eat the whole pack

Wombat do you get IBs too? could that be the cramps? Or could it be a lurking BFP? Hope so :)

wobbles anymore news on the lush GP

Anwyway, night folks x
