Between you and me LL (and the rest of you of course !) so do I

DH really isn't keen so we've come to an agreement to wait 6 months and discuss it again then. I would give anything (except my kids and DH) to be PG now There seems to be hundreds of PG women at my sons' school, and it feels like they are all waving thier big swollen bellies under my nose, mocking me And went into town this morning and I saw mo less than 4 tiny weeny, brand spanking new babies in prams. double

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 07/09/2005 16:37

ch

love you the way you are!!!

pmsl at theme music!!

HellKat · 07/09/2005 16:39

Ch- Lol! Maybe we should've had that tune. Would've been apt and scared the mw as our youngest is called Damian. Cheeky mare even checked his head for 666 when he came out.

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 16:42

pmsl HK! Nothing wrong with Damien. Would have swung for MW if it was me! Cheeky mare!

Lottielou · 07/09/2005 16:46

CH - that was like me the other week i went into Argos in Solihul and there were 7, yes 7 PG women ( well they aren't going to be male are they, duh) in there! I cudn't stop staring! I hated it, i went home and cried my eyes out! Everything, everywhere is all about babies,i want one NOW! It's not fair, i haven't ever done anything to not be able to be PG! Arrrghhh!!
Sorry i have started us off now!!!

Lottielou · 07/09/2005 16:48

HK - i wud've slapped her too! x

HellKat · 07/09/2005 16:49

Lol.
Good thing is though 99% of the time he's a total angel (can even see the bulge under his t-shirt where his wings are) but by christ when he has a moment he has a moment. Those are the rare 0.1% of the times when you can see the skin of forehead stretching and pulsating with the horns underneath about to break through! Graphic I know but for everyone who's been around kids, they know those testing times! Saying that, he has'nt chucked a major paddy for a while, just developing "monkey" skills. Found him sat next to the computer earlier (had climbed on a rickety chair, then onto computer desk to do so).
Hmmmmmm wonder if the local zoo has any spaces left in the ape enclosure for a very adept, adventurous 17 mth old?

Lottielou · 07/09/2005 16:52

HK - LOL and monkey son! hee hee

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 16:52

LOL HK!!!!! Took DS1 to Monkeyworld in Dorset when he was 5 months old - swear blind I picked the wrong baby up on the way out!!! Didn't notice the excessive hair and fettish for bananas til we got home...

HellKat · 07/09/2005 16:52

Could'nt have slapped her, she was so nice! Wicked labour, very private, just dp, myself and her (and that was at the hospital).

HellKat · 07/09/2005 16:54

Pmsl Ch.
Ok you got me worried! He's obsessed with bananas! Everyday he munches them (been like that since he was weaned).
Note to self- must check for excess hair tonight in the tub (on him not me )

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 16:55

Blissful labour HK So unusual to get such a calm birth in hosp mat unit, lucky you. I had DS1 & 2 in birthing centre and they were lovely deliveries. Had DS3 in hosp and it was awful. Was induced and it was hell from beginning to end, despite very fast labour.

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 16:56

But does he groom you and look for fleas...?

HellKat · 07/09/2005 16:58

Not quite blissful hun. The experience was but the actual thing............. oh god was excrutiating! Was induced as he was 6 weeks early and waters were leaking, had pethidine (did'nt work) and had the dosage tripled! So muddled through with nowt for pain relief! Was agony but felt absolutely wicked afterwards!

Lottielou · 07/09/2005 16:59

Anyway Ladies, i'm off for the evening! Have a nice night!
Keep on smiliing xxx
Love You all! xx

HellKat · 07/09/2005 17:00

Not quite, does like rummaging down my top though (not much there now as he ate them last year!)

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 17:00

Had pethidine with DS1 and swore I would never have it again! And haven't Did DS2 on nothing not even gas and air.

OOOOO!!! I want to do it again, I want to be PG and give birth. I love it!!!

Coathanger · 07/09/2005 17:01

HellKat · 07/09/2005 17:11

Bye LL and Ch!
Have a great night.
Know exactly what you mean Ch about the "Au natural" approach. As soon as they're out, all pain has gone and you're planning the next (well we were lol on the way back to the ward )
See you all tomorrow!

I don't think agnus castus 'messes' with your hormones - it helps to regulate them. if you have long cycles, there may be something amiss & this can help.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 07/09/2005 19:18

Yes pregnant women are EVERYWHERE and sorry to sound un christian but why are they always the rough types, chain smoking or sat outside pubs swigging beer???

I remember seeing a heavily pregnant women at court (Its my job to be there, I am not a 'rough type'!!) who was a heroin addict.Really upsetting.Just hope that when I go back next month I dont see any more like that.

strike1 · 07/09/2005 19:32

Mojomummy, sorry I didn't put that right about agnus castus. It sounds like something that might help me, but I don't know enough about my hormonal state to know if it would help or hinder me. I might do some more research on it and give it a try next month. Do you take it? Has it helped?
