The one before the BESHory Towers. Easy one for summer: I have dug up a fishing pond in the middle of the Palace, put a roof light over it, got some fishin' sticks and put some Gershwin on. Salad's providing Elderflower Fizz, served by newbs in topless bikinis. Could life be better?

Ah well. Game over. Now the droid really is a-coming. And a day or so early too: how thoughtful and polite!

Over to the remaining 2WOOFLers - keep the gusset clean, girls, keep the gusset clean!

I am going to cheer myself by reading some Stephen King, although I am not really too . I am making gradual improvements to my health, and upping the incidences of Teh Secks, so I remain believing 'twill 'appen!

Oh and plus, was talking to someone this morning, and it took FIFTEEN YEARS to conceive her daughter. On the one hand mildly depressing, and on the other, absolutely AMAZING.

saltyair · 27/07/2010 09:20

HB stupid bastard droid.

Stephen King, you say? Do expand.

15 years? Oh god......slides into a lower area of The Pit.

should've been at my booking appointment right about now. Stupid slippery womb.

P.S. In other news I am going to Dubrovnik soon!

Casserole · 27/07/2010 09:34

Sorry for you both ladies

saltyair · 27/07/2010 09:41

Actually Casspot I'm ok.

Although I'll have the twirls and vodka anyway if that's alright with you.

Ocarina · 27/07/2010 09:50

Oooh, Dubrovnik is pretty. Hot and full of too many people who obviously also think it's pretty, but I seem to remember it got quieter in the evening.

Glad you're staying positive Moshpit, just please don't let it take 15 years (for any of us!). In the meantime droid = excuse to drink more alcohol so come and have cocktails with me.

saltyair · 27/07/2010 09:58

Will this look stylish and sexy for holiday or flouncy and flumpy in manner of someone trying to hide podgy tummy?

PerfectDromedary · 27/07/2010 10:00

Salty I've just bought that! It is a bit flouncy and frumpy, but with the right jewellery will work well.

saffronbun · 27/07/2010 10:02

Boo boo boo + extra boo @ droid HB

And boo again for Pit-dwelling Salty - it had better not take any of you 15 years, we will all be ancient old crones by then. I give it another couple of months tops and then this thread will be completely empty due to the comprehensive up-diffage. We'll all be too busy puking our guts up to faff about on the interwebs.

saltyair · 27/07/2010 10:10

flawlesscamelina dear! how are you? Hmm. I think I may give dress a go.

Am just a leetle worried I will end up looking like slightly sweaty elephant.

Headbanger · 27/07/2010 10:15

Thanks for niceness you lovelies you. I have a Disreputable Boy staying over this Friday and he sulks if we don't get battered and shout at each other about Joyce and Orwell, so at least I can sink the vin red without guilty conscience...

Hey, do you think babyfail is a good reason to buy this?

I want to remove the bottom tier of the dress so it's a 50s length and not hippyish, and use the fabric to make 3/4 length sleeves. Views??

Bear in mind my size and shape (16; absurdly round in the arse area)

saltyair · 27/07/2010 10:21

I think babyfail is a good reason to do whatever you like..

Dress made me think 'Buxom Wench' I think removing bottom layer would be a good plan. If I tried to to that I would end up having to use new dress for dishcloth. Am crap at sewing.

Also, is good colour to drink red wine in.

Headbanger · 27/07/2010 10:24

Har har Salty, alas, the soubriquet 'buxom wench' has, together with 'dairymaid', followed me without let or hindrance for the last 10 years, so to that extent I reckon we can say it'll suit!

Bessie123 · 27/07/2010 10:24

The dress is v pretty. I just clicked to put it in a basket and then stopped myself...

Headbanger · 27/07/2010 10:29

Hands off Bess! IS MINE!!!!

MountTheFairy · 27/07/2010 11:12

I am starting to like the idea of Brighton for raisage of ickle ones (should they ever decide we may be ok to stick around with). But I only know one person there!

MetalHead . But glad you are in good spirits. I sort of decided that my boc don't want to stick 'cause I am not in good shape yet. So I'll be your buddy in getting healthy. Or not, given your baking skills I'd rather keep away from! Maybe you can make pies that we can throw at eachother?

SaltyAir so sorry. It sucks. There are no words . But you really are going to get some salty air now, aren't ya? I luuuv Croatian coast. Though Dubrovnik is super crowded, isn't it?

ExpensiveSpice, I like your description of BESHes in coupla months time.

Not saline for HSG. ?It entails the injection of a radio-opaque material into the cervical canal and usually fluoroscopy with image intensification. A normal result shows the filling of the uterine cavity and the bilateral filling of the fallopian tube with the injection material?. Robbed from Wikipedia. Not sure if Hycosy involves saline?

ChocolateSaltyBalls - yes loads of FFJ throughout that cycle until I got my first post M/C period (a whole 60 days later). I needed Provera to bring on my droid in the end. Glad you have something nice to look forward to.

PollyWantsACracker may I add a warning so that people do not mix up List A) my recap of HSG experience with List B) Your method of dealing with arachnids. Hoovers are NOT involved in the HSG experience, stay calm.

Sorry about droid HeadVixen. I think I may have to cross out my lesbian crush of shame from my BESHtionaire and insert your name instead. Is Withnail coming to stay with you?

Got my first acupuncture appointment this afternoon! I may feel a bit of a prick ho ho!

Pointy javelins hurled at all your backsides (thought the thread was lacking in general violence).

StinkyWizzleteats · 27/07/2010 12:26

Salty I wasn;t referring to your droid as "something nice to look forward to". I meant trip abroad. I am a bumface, feel free to slap me with a rotting pilchard.

saltyair · 27/07/2010 12:39

Droid had better not come whilst I am on holiday. Bet it bloody does.

If it does I am getting myself exorcised on the basis that my body is clearly trying to ruin my life.

hurumph.

Bessie123 · 27/07/2010 12:58

Salty I am able to share with you my extensive knowledge of the Croatian language, in preparation for your holiday.

Learn: imas ruzende cipele

that's it.

Muser · 27/07/2010 13:15

Boo hiss to droid but hooray for holidays.

saltyair · 27/07/2010 13:16

Ok, I've committed it to memory, but if I get smacked in the mouth for commenting on someone's buzzwams there WILL be trouble when I get back.....

Bessie123 · 27/07/2010 13:21

heh. no, it means 'you have ugly shoes'.

Casserole · 27/07/2010 13:35

I'm tired and grumpy. I burst into tears earlier because I'd been looking forward to lunch only to find there was no nice bread left. Am fairly sure tis pmt but seriously, can anyone Lend Me A Grip????

saltyair · 27/07/2010 13:38

Cass, erm, overly emotional - check exhausted - check.....how many days PO are you?

bessie thank you for that. Pliz to find out how I order red wine.

Where is Gin btw?

PollyPoo · 27/07/2010 13:59

Hmmmm. Cass when are you expecting droid/can you POAS? HB sorry the droid got you. I am still v jealous of your present, I really need one.

Salty I hope you have a fab relaxing hollibob and the rusty bastard stays away.
