@CafedelaButte and @Blueflipflops I emailed on 24/10 and received the same sort of reply re timeframe (by the end of the week). But it’s nearly another two weeks, and again no dispatch confirmation at all.

I think I’m going to email again today and if I don’t get any tracking details by Monday I should cut my losses and ask for a cancellation (and go through PayPal if they don’t get on with it).

I just received a very prompt email response from Tipi, asking me to pay them a second time as they had not been able to take my payment. It was gone out of my bank on 17/10 (order placed on 15/10). Just going to attempt to cancel, but pretty disappointed as I wanted the actual marshmallow toasting kits!

A question about Bloom and Wild - Every time I go to my basket to check out, and I click on the Add Referral Code bit, a blank box comes up with just an X to close it, no way to type in the code.

Inspired by posters on this thread, I want to order one of the wreaths for MIL for early December using a referral £10 and some clubcard point.
