Christmas Bargain Thread 8 - The one with the Vag Charms

[RainbowZebraWarrior]

Hi all. I'm just caretaking until Reastie returns, but here's our new thread. Please do use up the old one first though.

This is intended as a friendly, kind, safe, warm and fuzzy place for people to share discounts, bargains and Christmas gift ideas both online and IRL. Please note the tone and intention of the thread and join with spirit as generous as DC helping themselves to the Christmas chocolate celebrations

Here’s some useful information about how to save the thread or a specific post so you don’t need to have a message to check in for every thread so you have the thread saved:

To watch the thread - click on the little bell that has ‘watch’ under my first message. This adds the whole thread to your ‘watched threads’

You can also bookmark a specific post by clicking on the ‘bookmark’ under the specific post. This saves your exact place in a thread but doesn’t alert you to new replies.

If you have any referral links or codes, please share them on the referral thread here:

A reminder that we don't use affiliated links on here please

I have a code in my Vodafone app for £15 off a Nespresso Bundle. Making it £40 instead of £55

Ah thanks, for some reason I’m not eligible. BF20 it is

I agree, these feel like great presents be a of the quality of the editions and the novels themselves are well chosen. They are fussy about what they publish.

What is the book please?

In fact, if anybody else has opened their mystery book I'd love to know what they got so I can get an idea of the range iykwim.

Just looking at the small print, it looks like you won’t receive the voucher for 120-150 days! Might not be a problem for some but worth knowing.

Not that I know of, I shall have a look, thank you :)

Was there a special offer for that?

Sorry but that made me lol bitch slapped right out the Oddie website - the new thread title 100% Ahahha @RainbowZebraWarrior

@hugsandpugs I made a note last year "Nike started discounts up to 50% off Sun 16th I think" the last two words make it a bit vague but should give you an idea!

I am enjoying that Currys, Very, Boots have all informed me that their Black Friday offers start now. So much more helpful than the end of November!

Courage for the cabinet girl by Molly Green
I chose historical fiction. It looks like a pretty easy read….

@KG1145 thank you so much for the juggling advice. What a cool job to have!
@Raera my daughter has the zip string and she loves it. The pack comes with different length strings. The large one is big but fine in our kitchen/diner. It’s also been used in the garden. It is big enough for a child to step through which is fun. The smaller strings are great too and the strings are easy to change.

That’s rubbish luck… mine turned up okay…

I know someone asked upthread about what books people had in their blind date with a book. This was mine…. 😊 from the mental health genre

I don’t know if anyone can help, but my DS has randomly requested a ‘skin’ aka leather water bottle. Something like the picture, however I doubt a bargainous one, that is actually safe to drink from will be able to be found!

Haha, I have to say it's not very often that knowledge comes in handy. I was quite excited when I saw the question 🤣🤣

I found this on Amazon. Looks like eBay have some too.
