Christmas Bargain Thread 8 - The one with the Vag Charms

[RainbowZebraWarrior]

Hi all. I'm just caretaking until Reastie returns, but here's our new thread. Please do use up the old one first though.

This is intended as a friendly, kind, safe, warm and fuzzy place for people to share discounts, bargains and Christmas gift ideas both online and IRL. Please note the tone and intention of the thread and join with spirit as generous as DC helping themselves to the Christmas chocolate celebrations

Here’s some useful information about how to save the thread or a specific post so you don’t need to have a message to check in for every thread so you have the thread saved:

To watch the thread - click on the little bell that has ‘watch’ under my first message. This adds the whole thread to your ‘watched threads’

You can also bookmark a specific post by clicking on the ‘bookmark’ under the specific post. This saves your exact place in a thread but doesn’t alert you to new replies.

If you have any referral links or codes, please share them on the referral thread here:

A reminder that we don't use affiliated links on here please

🎄 Emoji to copy if required for posting bargains as some agree this makes deals easier to spot. (or post in bold)

Mine let me add to cart, 8 minute checkout then sold out 🙄

@HRTtoHeart and @gingeristhenewblack43 thanks so much for flagging the smudge monkey I can’t justify £69 back to the drawing board

Thanks so much but it’s the monkey she wants

DD just wanted to say thank you for all the orders (still open for more of course) but to say that she has been told the foodbank have some matchfunding so will be able to double the total that the lovely MNet crowd have paid her which is really amazing. She's so happy both about that and all the lovely comments she's had!

@sparklymistletoe dd has the marshmallows with earmuffs they’re very cute I’ve only seen the smores online but my vote would be mallows

Sorry if I’m very late to the party here but in case anyone wants a pet-related gift, these personalised dog dolls look really funny.

THANKS15 will get you an extra 15% off the discounted price, so the largest one is around £15 + postage.

Minecraft Where’s the Zombie? £3
Minecraft Annual 2027 £5
Minecraft Joke Book £2
Minecraft Stonesword Saga Series 5 Books Collection £13.64

How much was the postage?

No me either, my DD has smudge monkey on her Christmas list. I would have stretched to £40 but £69 is a piss take for a product that was £30 from the original retailer!

I missed your original post but have a messaged to ask if she can do a spicy dark romance one as I think it would be good for my sister

Vinted had just uploaded Smudge monkey for £30. X

Has she heard of The Spicy Librarian?

I know someone else's child was a spongebob fan, just spotted these Beurer electric Toothbrushes.

They so a Patrick version too. Theyre £29.99 from Beurer. I've read through reviews on amazon seem to be highly rated.

Just be aware that those calendars are not actual sea glass and the reviews are written by Amazon vine customers who review as part of receiving a free product

Ooh thanks for pointing that out.

I know everyone is using the Bloom & Wild referral codes to get £10 off flowers / mini Christmas trees etc, but just wanted to mention that there are a couple of new Christmas-themed Jellycat giftsets on the site and you can use the referral link to save £10 on these too.

And if you haven’t done this yet, there are plenty of codes over on the bargains and referrals board!

Second this. Amazing if you are near leamington spa to put in a visit. Wonderful staff, amazing cocktails and great coffee. Oh yes and fabulous books (how did I forget that bit).

They have also added a lot of new Elizabeth Scarlett items although sadly not the ones they had earlier in the year that DD loved so much...

@sparklymistletoe last Christmas the marshmallows sold out (and possibly the Christmas before) so if you want them get them whilst you can. We bought them back in the Spring to avoid last minute stress!

Free postage

I think bloom & wild might have sold out of some stuff. I’m trying to order the Pub gift set with my Tesco vouchers but when I try to book a date the app just freezes & I have to redownload it. If I try to do it on the website it just says no date available

Does anyone have an Argos code they won't use that they could DM me please? Got a lot sitting in my basket!

No oodie here either 😒
