If you’re the type of woman says “all I want for Christmas is a hug from my children and a single Ferrero Rocher” then that’s absolutely lovely but not what I’m asking. I need ideas for stuff for myself, lovely things I may not have come across, to put on my Christmas list!!

This year I really wanted a little Strathberry crossbody bag to wear at the weekends when out with the family. Been using black or cream cord Uniqlo one for far too long. Im lucky to be getting two! One is taupe & another in a beautiful lime suede 💚

I've noticed quite a few of us are hoping for a gold t-bar necklace. Does anyone have a specific one in mind, or recommendations of good brands? I don't own much jewellery and there's so much choice at every possible price point. I'd love to steal someone's homework.

So I bought mine (albeit silver but they do gold too) from Milly Grace, I’m not sure what metal it is but it’s basically waterproof, I just get to keep it on all the time without tarnishing. It’s also a lovely size. It’s only £60-odd.

Ooh just thought of another thing on my list, new silk pillowcase. My one of about 8 years has been washed to death. Need a replacement and they’re so luxurious and comfortable. Another thing I love and suggest but bought myself years ago, is a massive and perfect mug the exact size and shape you like. I have my own mugs x2 and they’re so perfect, it’s a cheap way to make your day feel nice. Feel like I’m on the set of Friends or something, indulging in a mug so huge you have to wrap two hands round it.

I have one which I wear almost daily from By Rae. I sleep in it, shower etc and it doesn’t tarnish or turn green.

I have, yes. Their monthly boxes are hit and miss but the Christmas ones are always great. I treat myself to that one every year.
