My Stargish order finally arrived! It's mostly gifts, but the necklace that I bought myself was commented on a lot at school pick up, andbthe packaging is perfect for gifts. Really really pleased I held on.

I think sometimes some sellers use Amazon's algorithms by advertising goods at a crazy price with no intention of fulfilling them - but this flurry bumps their other listings up the ratings and gets shown to more customers. A very similar thing happened last year.

Such a shame to have to open the PLouise box! Its so pretty.

My Starfish order has just been delivered. Wish I'd ordered more now - beautiful items and great packaging. They were for gifts but I'm tempted to keep them for myself.

Btw:

My local JL has lots of last year’s Xmas gin crackers reduced to £2.50. It’s the tonic water that is due to expire, but you can drink that now and replace it with a longer dated can. They make good gifts.

If my order hasn’t arrived by Monday I’m going to try emailing them. I don’t know why I used Apple Pay rather than my cc - because I don’t fancy trying to contact an internet-only bank re: a chargeback. I think the Starfish system wasn’t allowing me to pay by cc as well as not accepting PayPal. (That should have been a red flag for me right there 😿)

I emailed them politely enquiring, and it seemed to get things moving. You might get their stock reply, but quickly. I said I would like what I had ordered, so would wait.

Within 48 hours I had a dispatch notice.

Mine was ordered on 18th and arrived today.

Did anyone receive two micellar waters from Plouise?

Mine arrived today but only one. The box is very pretty. I'm personally not keen on the smell of the water which is disappointing, but I can't complain over £1!

I ordered on the 18th - and the items came today - beautiful. I don’t need them til Christmas so as long as they come I am not worried about how long it takes.

I made another order on the 20th after they sent a free delivery code. So am thinking that will come in the next few days.

I did have the email saying they were overwhelmed with orders and were running late - but as I say I don’t need them yet so am happy to wait - they are definitely a good buy for what I paid.

Fingers crossed everyone will get them too soon.
