What can't you resist at Christmas?

For me it's:

Glass Snow Globes

Wrapping Paper (my stash of gift wrap could last for 4 years already!)

Christmas Party dresses

Puff pastry Christmas pies..controversial one I know.
We don't like short crust.

Yes, yes, yes! My mum always made puff-pastry mince pies throughout my childhood so I have always preferred these. Very pleased to see both M&S and Tesco feed my need.

Christmas pudding. My utter favourite.

๐Ÿ˜† I think they are talking about Advocate not actual custard ๐Ÿ˜†

So am I!

I thought Advocate was prescription de-flea/wormer. The yellow stuff is advocaat (Warninks).

Our must have is Turkish Delight.

Excuse my spelling, I canโ€™t even blame the advocate!

Limoncello panettone.

Failey's (fake Bailey's) although I will call it Christmas Milk from now on! I make ice cream with it (and pour it over/in everything).

I make new tree decs every year to celebrate things that we've enjoyed over the year: Guggenheim in Bilbao and the eclipse this year. But I did buy a Casa Battlรณ bauble from Barcelona, it's so pretty.

We did buy a yearly tub of Heroes, but the shop has stopped selling them BOO!

I save up Pringles tubes and make my own crackers with a novelty pen, fidget toy, keyring or something, they can fit a beanie hat or - one year- funky swimming trunks!!

I have a reusable advent calendar and I put in jokes and notes of love for the family. DS loves this and he has a book where he glues them in every year. It's nice to re-read them when you're having a bad day. I have stolen some tweets from Thoughts of Dog Twitter, and passed them off as our dog's ๐Ÿคฃ

I think that's my favourite part of Christmas.

A real tree that's inappropriately large for the space.

I can't resist when I'm tree shopping. I look at some and think that's looks tiny so I go bigger and get it home and unleash it and....oh no...done it again!

Us too!! Half the living room gone last year ๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŽ„

Nuts are deeply christmasy.

I already bought some chocolate almonds.

Dark chocolate Brazil nuts are great, love a honey roasted cashew and once I had these great white chocolate and coconut hazelnuts, would love those again.
