I'm taking a punt that this one might see us until Christmas. Will likely live to be proved wrong but let's go with the punt!

Bit last minute but looking for some sort of chilli oil set!

For today only Superdrug has several cosmetic-y and skincare items in their £5 Friday offers. The best reductions seem to be skincare brands I’ve never heard of. There are other things which might be suitable for gifting, like small jewellery boxes and makeup bags for £5.

They also have several perfumes at £5. There’s a members-only Buy One Get One Half Price offer storewide on perfumes, which might apply to the £5 too, I don’t know.

After all the Fahlo talk, I dug out the bracelets I ordered last year but that arrived too late to gift and was very surprised (and pleased!) that 2 of the animals still exist and the third whose transmitter is no longer transmitting was replaced instantly within the app with a different animal of the same species.

I think I'll just give the kids each a bracelet, keep one for myself and we can all enjoy tracking the three animals (a dolphin, a turtle and a penguin) for fun :)

I've got a question i need advice on please!

Son has come home from school with a goody bag from a class friend (Stickers, fidget bits). This class friend we are seeing next week and we have a small present for him alrrady as I know his mum has bought something for my son.
My question is, do I need to add something else because of the gift bag today?!

Thank you - just ordered for my Dad as I needed one extra thing for his hamper. I will always remember the year they were extremely cheap!!!

Tesco had some chilli oil giftsets. I think it had a small dipping bowl shaped like a chilli too. I don't remember how much it cost though.

Just a heads up that the extra large dairy milk bars are £7.50 at Tesco on club card price.

They are really lovely - definitely recommend as a treat to give or keep - really nice.

Re the Fahlo bracelets - Sit in a dark room, shine a torch from the front through to the back (if you do it the other way you'll just pick up the Fahlo logo). Bend the seam the other way and you will be able to make out some text. The actual animal name doesn't jump out but you'll be able to work out from the description, I.e I had a lion and giraffe I needed to separate and one card said something about herds so I knew it was the giraffe.

I bought the turtle fahlo and it duly arrived . Came with a sealed card, I think it said Ocean . Wrapped it up but now doubting it may be relevant for a different ocean animal . Is that possible or is there only issues if more than one purchased ? TIA

Are the roka bags waterproof does anyone know and are they comfy? Thanks

I’ve never had a problem with them letting in water in the rain.
they are also comfortable - I didn’t expect them to be (i usually need padded straps on my bags) but was pleasantly surprised.
