That thing was awful to put together. Our wheels are still on the wrong way.
Those looking for this - the best bargain to be had is buying second hand already built. If you get one not faded the kids won't even notice, and you can see if it's built correctly first! Miles cheaper than a divorce.

Wanted to give a shout out to both Abbot Lyon and One hundred stars for excellent customer service !
Sadly had to return (jewellery was for me and One hundred stars kimono colour not quite right) full refund from both companies in less than a week , no problem.
Cannot wait for them to have their sales !
Will always support companies who treat customers really well.
One the other side, am still waiting for correspondence or anything from Fahlo.

It was from Pintail Candles who make very nice candles. However, I can't find it on the website now so maybe it was a limited-time thing? I am very happy with what I received and they do have other gift sets on their website which would probably fit your budget. I did notice however when I was trying to find the mystery box again that their current dispatch time is 5-7 business days.

My cheese advent calendar took bloody ages to arrive. Then when they finally posted it out it spent a week at Glasgow sorting office before getting delivered!
Last year my cheese and pickled onion order for my brother never arrived and it took ages to get a refund from them.

I also had hassle getting my Anthropologie voucher to work but it did eventually. Had to log out and back in several times and then it randomly worked despite me not doing anything different to what I’d done before!

Unbelievably, after managing to bypass the fahlo email bot and get a response from a real person yesterday, my bracelet has arrived today! Definitely the one that was sent yday as I can tell from the postage.

For those still struggling to get a sensible response, I'd recommend not including your order number in your email - it seems AI can't cope with not having the number to search so passes you on to a real person.

My Fahlo order placed on 25/11 - I got a dispatch notice on 2/12 and just checked the tracking via Royal Mail and it’s scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. So I am sure everyone’s will start arriving soon hopefully!

Re the face mask snood things from Not Realy Here. I’d forgotten about ordering until someone mentioned them yesterday. I emailed yesterday early evening and had a response back this morning to say all recent orders were posted via Royal Mail on Tuesday so hopefully will arrive soon 😊

I think the code was yesterday only (HAUL50). You just had to have minimum 2 items in the basket.
I also find amazon really faffy to add codes to - I know it's by design, so you end up paying more. Very annoying.

I spent just over £30 to also get the 5% off.

big mistake for DS 2nd Christmas, building it after a few Christmas Eve wines, 11pm at night and had to make a frantic call to DF to bring his electric drill round to attach the wheels 🤣
