Amazon reviews say size is small, that's untrue though as the more expensive Dreamland Hygge blankets, are, in fact, slightly smaller at 160x120cm

Got my hot diamonds order but the dopey delivery guy chucked it over the gate and I drove over it!! The necklace was fine but the packaging ruined so I emailed hot diamonds to see if I could purchase another box and within 48 hours I've had completely new packaging delivered free of charge.

Hi all - I absolutely love this thread and have a plea for help / suggestions please! i have signed up to donate a Christmas gift for one of the local appeals… and have been allocated a 14/15 year old boy who has requested “something football related”

I genuinely have no clue where to start with this -I don’t know anything about him apart from age, so that seems to rule out clothes / any particular club etc. I would like to get something decent as feel like if I’m going to do it, then would like to get something worthwhile but just totally stuck.

Are you meant to rough the bamboo pillows up a bit before use?
I am finding I like mine if I just stay still long enough, but as a terrible fidget that is tricky. It is rather solid!

Terrible. I found it difficult to get hold of them last month when I had a Groupon that wasn't working, they reply through Facebook but with generic messages after a week. I ended up fixing my issues myself by creating a new email and account, they still haven't responded to my second message from 1st October. My calendar just turned up in a state, a glass bottle of some sort of tomato sauce has smashed and the whole thing is falling apart and in a terrible state. I'm going to have a battle on my hands trying to get hold of someone now

Thankfully, a pp (sorry I don't have time to look back for their name, sorry too, pp!) actually looked through the images and found some instructions for us 😁 I left mine for a day, then gave it a bit of a beating and 5 mins in the dryer, followed by a few more shakes and fluffs. The dryer really helped it plump it up!
ETA: Tweedled was the one who found the instructions, credit to them 😁
