I don't know about anyone else but I find I struggle to think of gift ideas for myself (I have bday just after xmas so I get double trouble).

I've always found these threads quite helpful in sharing what others are getting for inspiration. I hope to maybe get a couple of these things if I'm lucky...

Mine were delivered a few minutes ago. They are currently on charge. I'm on mum cabs duty this evening and have to nip in and out several times. If I get the chance to work out how to set them up, sync them to my phone etc I will try them tonight but it's more likely to be tomorrow night.

I don't have a list of things but in our family we do this. My husband buys for me, I buy for him (or make) we both decide what to get for the kids.

Generally, we have mentioned things in passing throughout the year, so you have to cast your mind back a bit to past conversations.

I’ve just looked and you’re right it is elderflower and pear! It’s very nice despite the lack of lychee! I do also have a lychee and pear oolong loose leaf from a shop in Bath which is also gorgeous.

I want a day out. Or a few days away. With DC and DH.

I have one of the Victoria Beckham eye liner. I do love it. It does a nice smudge/smokey effect and although pricey, comes with a nice bag and sharpener. I do go through it more quickly than my others but now wouldn’t use another one!

Didn't think I wanted anything until I saw Lakrid liquorice on someone's list. Oh yum, but what I'd really like is for my sons and DiL to be here, for someone else to do the cleaning and cooking and for someone to walk the dog other than me. Sorry to dampen the spirit OP but there it is. I do hope everyone else gets at least some of the lovely things they are hoping for.

Not at all. I actually lost my beautiful lab over the summer and would give anything to have him here on Xmas day to walk!

I good quality print of a I picture I took in Rome, the Coloseum in black and white, Ideally about 1.40x2,00m or thereabouts to go up above my sofa.

The Ozlo ones are the best, I had some from amazon and I got painful ears on the side

I just bought a stoov big hug for my office chair - love it and would make a great gift

Early 50's and I've already bought myself some pressies. 😁I am single and have no living parents. I do though have siblings that will buy for me. I would love a new Pokemon game for my Switch (I might have to get that for myself.) and some new perfume. Not too fussy with that one as I'd like to try something new.

• Strivectin neck cream that was recommended on another thread
• Mint Lindor
• Tickets to watch the local football team (division 1, so not expensive)
• Some nice decaf coffee
• Voucher to spend with my beautician. Would be good to add a facial or massage to my regular leg wax!
• A night overnight at home on my own (got 2 young children)
• Bottomless brunch at a restaurant in the nearest city (with kids looked after overnight)
• a couple of books
• hair turban

I obviously won’t get all this, they’re just ideas to give to the family!
