I've just replied to the email, but I don't think that was clear at all!

I replied to ask the number of grams the 9 biscuits would have been compared to the one 50g biscuit as I was annoyed by how they worded the email as if they were doing us a favour!

I’ve also asked for a refund ASAP and fed back that they shouldn’t really have taken the money before confirming they could deliver the product especially as I had picked a December delivery date…

Hi All. Not sure if previously mentioned, but I happened to check my M and S app today and saw that I had 20% off fashion, home and beauty. This includes 20% off the £30 beauty box that has already been mentioned on this thread and off Christmas decorations. I haven't had a good Sparks offer for several years so took full advantage!

Good grief @Motnight - for the first time in a year I have that offer too - thanks for mentioning it! (I have had the same pointless travel money thing for months 😾)

Ooh - and TopCashback have an extra boosted % - mine was 4.25% cashback for orders over £60.

The 20% Sparks offer also works on school jumpers/skirts, so I won't bother picking up the order that's gone to store and will get a refund, and have reordered using this deal. Thanks @Motnight .

Sometimes if I delete an app and reload, offers kick in, but the fact that it’s working for everything else is just weird.

It’s not working for me either. I have the 20% off on my card but not working on that set.

Also at M&S there is a GWP on EL which stacks with the 20% discount some people have on their Sparks card.

The free gift would make a nice standalone present.

I got that a few weeks back and we are reading it currently, DS1 is really enjoying it so I recommend! He is just turned 8.

The M&S offer worked for me, thank you for pointing it out. I never check it anymore as I always get rubbish offers.

I received my biscuiteers refund the day after I asked for it. I seemed to have had it cancelled early because I emailed asking to add another on 😂

Sorry, I’m another who can get the 20% Sparks discount on the M&S beauty box.

It works on sale prices, too. Unfortunately filtering by size isn’t working, so I keep clicking on things and finding they are out of stock of every size other than a 6, or of all sizes.

Should the Sparks 20% discount work across all furniture? I'm trying to order an accent chair.
For those of you that have been able to use it did it automatically apply at checkout? (So long as you accept it on the Sparks page)
