Don’t know about hot chocolate, but we’ve got the converter and get coffee pods from the supermarket. You literally put the whole pod in the converter. And we just microwave some milk in the mug, then put it under the coffee maker to make a latte.

@Broken12 Might be worth her trying a milk frother like the velvetiser but can get cheaper ones...add the chocolate into the machine with the milk which it heats and froths

Just mooched the M&S sale. Some decent bits
Got a nice gilet for my stepdad down from £40 to £15
Hoodies for my DD - one is sporty & the other is a doodle one. They were £6/7 each.
Also the Nuxe Xmas crackers are down to £7 so grabbed 3 of them
They had the inter Miami & La galaxy kits in the sale too which are quite nice

Ah fab. Glad the Nuxe crackers have helped....mine are stashed for sil & the ladies who help look after our daft dog. I really struggled to know what to buy them last Xmas so I think with a bottle of something they will make a nice gift.

I also picked up a 50% apothecary kit for just £25 for Mother's Day. I'm not sure I'd have gone for it at full price as for £50 I'd probably have gone with tried and tested Neom or Rituals but for £25 it is an adorable gift in a nice bag with quite a few goodies.

@watchuswreckthemic oddly, DH found this game in a sealed envelope on his desk the other day. I had no memory of buying it, but must have bought it when reccomended on here. Another gift for Christmas 2025 which I can add to the theatre tickets I bought in about August last year, not realising they were for March 2026 until I went to write the date on the calendar.

Boots £10 Tuesday has this Mothercare Milestone Play Mat and My Little Coco Mealtime Set , both apparently usually on sale at £35 each but £10 today.
